I purchased the 72 hour Real Estate Broker course and the "Qbank" of practice quizzes & practice tests, but I also bought the hard copy Crawford book (just because I'm a book kind of gal!) I'm so glad I took this course from Rowlett; I passed my broker exam on the first try!! The course allowed me to go back and review whatever I needed, whenever I needed. I studied hard and passed the course test with flying colors, but what really really helped was the practice quizzes and tests, which come with a performance tracker. The performance tracker broke down the questions into broad general categories, so I was able to see where I needed a little extra studying. Plus it compared my scores with others, which I felt gave me a gauge of how prepared I was for the actual test. The quizzes could be customized to focus on all or some of the broad areas, and to include all questions, only those I'd gotten wrong before, or those I hadn't used yet. It also let me pick how many questions to included in the quiz, so if I was short of time I could sit down and do a few questions quick and still get some study time in. I was a bit disheartened, when I first logged on, to see that the course was pretty much the Crawford book printed on-line. Some other video and/or audio would have been helpful. I just supplemented the tough areas with You-Tube videos, which helped me get past those areas where I was kind of stuck! read more

I picked Rowlett Real Estate School online and boy am I glad I did! I passed my state exam on the first try!! It was very thorough and prepared me immensely! Of course you have to put in the time and dedication to learn the material! I bought the video series and the book to go with it, which were very good! The videos emphasized everything in the book. They basically just read the book out loud, but it reinforces everything so that you are not just passing over the content but really learning it! I just went along and highlighted and circled important terms and concepts. The charts in the book are a must to memorize for the state exam. I would say that there were only about 10 questions total out of 100 that I did not remember going over in the book or videos! I would recommend to do every single practice question in the book and online and every unit test question in the book and review those questions until you know why the answers are correct and why the distractors are incorrect. Also, you must know the Booster Shot Reviews very thoroughly if you want to be confident on your test. I spent 1.5 hours per day and it took me about 6 weeks to finish the course. I scheduled my state exam to be taken one week after I finished the course so I would not forget everything! I highly recommend Rowlett and will be taking my post license course with them as well! I bought a course online to study for my mutual recognition FL real estate exam. I was studying the course on the weekend and ran into a glitch. They had done maintenance on the site the night before. I went back in on Sunday and that's when I noticed the glitch. I was so impressed with the customer service I received for Rowlett. It was a weekend (Sunday) I got them not an answering service and their cell phone number. They went out of there way to do everything they could to make sure I was able to access my course. Being the weekend they had limited access to the tech support but sent several emails and made calls to do whatever they could to be of service. They were truly very concerned with the inconvenience and even offered to give me a full refund. ( I declined) I was able to get it straighten out on Monday and even received a follow up email making sure I was taken care of. That is customer service that all companies should practice. Things don't always go like they should with technology, stuff happens. Most companies would have blown me off, it's the weekend sorry call back Monday tech support is in. Not Rowlett, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this company. I'm still working on my study course and hope to take my test later this week. I recommend Rowlett Real Estate School because the material was organized in short learning sessions with a lot of quizzes and end of unit exams. They focus on the items that you need to know for the final exam and the State examination. They say the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. The course is laid out so you can learn by taking in small amounts at a time. With any online course, you have to dedicate time to it. If you dedicate about an hour or so a day, it is an easy process. I purchased the QBANK quizzes which is a bank of questions. It is organized to allow the user to take random quizzes and then customize it to focus on areas that user needs to focus on. It keeps score of your progress. The glossary was a bit clumsy and wish there were more hyperlinks, but it was workable. It took me less than 3 months from start of course to passing the State examination. I printed the Summary pages and then added the mnemonics, tables, calculations, and other key information to it to create a quick study guide. I recommend the Rowlett Real Estate course. It's rare I write reviews, however in this case I felt compelled to write something. I purchased the book and the virtual online course and feel it was money well spent. I completed the book & all quizzes via video (twice), then passed the final test first time. I then moved across state and with a couple of months gone by, I completed the entire program again and felt ready for the state exam. I'm pleased to say, I passed the FL state exam on Tuesday (first try) and felt very confident going in. Simply because this course provided everything you need to pass "The First Time". It was accurate, thorough and sometimes comical, which during the dry chapters can be a god send. when I decided to get my real estate license August 2017 I didn't know of or have I ever heard of a real estate school since I had just moved here recently from Georgia so I googled it and Rowlett school popped up. I called them and someone (a human) actually answered the phone which impressed me!!! so I signed up and got started immediately. the teachers Gina and Paul were excellent and more importantly PATIENT!!!!! also whenever I was frustrated about something I was ready to place the blame on Paula (technical lady) and she would quietly help me solve the problem which was my fault as usual. I just took the RECampus Course from Rowlett Real Estate School. I did the 63 hour Online Course! I was able to start my course on January 17th 2016 and PASS my state exam on February 3rd 2016. It took me only 2 weeks to complete the course, study, and pass exam! That also included me submitting finger prints and submitting my application for approval. I would say there school gave me the proper tools and information to be prepared for the State Exam because I felt the exam was not has hard as most people have said! I was able to take advantage of not only the course, but the STUDENT RESOURCES that they have available such as tons of state exam prep quizes, power-point summary videos, and more. I bought the online 45-hour Post License course on 9/3/2018. This was my first online course requiring me to pass a final exam. Although technical savvy, I wasn't so sure I wanted to trust my two attempts at passing this course by taking an online course. However, after researching several different online schools, I decided on Rowlett Real Estate School because of user feedback regarding customer service and the fact that the course included videos. Upon signing on I noticed that the course was well organized, very easy to navigate, and really informative. I PASSED the FIRST TIME I took Real Estate Sales Associate Exam! These courses are AWESOME! Easy to follow, very thorough. I bought the "Online Video 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Prelicensing Course v41.0". I loved the instructors comments....especially the guy presenter...he had a corny sense of humor. Well worth the cost....I could play and replay the videos, pause, stop, rewind, etc. For me personally, I believe that I learned better this way than I would have at a 7 day intensive course because I could keep reviewing the concepts that I didn't quite get the first time around in the privacy of my own home at any hour of the day or night. I completed the Rowlett RE school online with all the tools and study helps. The course material was easy to understand and allowed me to study at my own pace and have plenty of time for review. After passing the course final exam, I went on to take the state licensing exam 12 days later. Passed the first time.
