I like that they have an indoor running track - being a runner myself - which is especially useful in the winter, or even just as a better alternative than a treadmill. Otherwise, fairly standard gym area and never too crowded. There's also a pool, which you won't have at most other gyms. I'm personally into group classes since they keep me more motivated and interested than working out alone on a machine. Some really good classes and teachers. The only downside at times is if you just have a so-so teacher, since they're given license to plan the class. That can be an upside too if you have a really good teacher, but sometimes with other teachers you may not feel as challenged and/or feel a muscle group wasn't really targeted (at Goodlife, they have standardized classes which doesn't really matter who's teaching). I do enjoy that the group classes have a true 'group' feeling to them, and people will talk with each other. There's also a good balance of men in the group classes, so it isn't awkward like it often was a Goodlife in that sense. A huge value is having the family pass. The big payoff is once your child reaches 3, then they can be in child minding for free during your workout. The kids have options like a 2 story play structure, rather than just being a daycare-environment room. Most of the classes are included in the membership too, so our son has swimming lessons and multi-sports at no extra charge. This was the main reason we chose to join. Downside is the change area. It's very much like a public rec centre rather than a gym or a club with tiled floors, showers which take 2 minutes to get hot water and so on. There is a 'plus' area, which is more of a club environment. It has a steam room and whirlpool. I'd really love these, but it's literally a couple hundred extra dollars a year which is too much right now with a young family. Other gyms like Goodlife have a sauna for everyone, so I don't really like having to pay what is standard for most others. Only reason I can't give a 5 star, but I do really recommend this place.

They are very good at encouraging kids to be independent and also in participating on their day to day activities. My son Ade and Kendra couldn't do things by themselves until they started Brampton last year. Now Kendra can put on her clothes, read her books and help with the house chores. Whereas my toddler Ade is very active, independent. He 's trying to read ABC and 123. However, he knows how to sing most of the rhymes. All thanks to Harpreet, Majindar

WARNING to all parents considering this daycare. The owner(s) of this Montessori are unethical and…read morebehave like money scammers. They require a first and last month fee up front but did not return the full last month fee even though they did not provide any childcare services in the last month beyond our control. In my case, I paid first and last month up front for the Sept 2019 to June 2020 school year. However, the pandemic shut down schools in mid-March for the remainder of the school year. They refused to refund back our money paid for the last month of June despite their being an order from the government that requires them to do so. Their excuse is that the last month fee we paid can cover the fee for Sept 2020 when the school re-opens and since we choose not to enroll our child in Sept then we don't get our full refund back. Our child started JK this Sept in public school and we never had the intention to have her attend Montessori for JK and we had previously made the school aware of this. We are shocked at how shamelessly they take our hard-earned money and put it in their own pocket by trying to hide behind some ill-conceived justification which does not apply in our circumstances where the school was shutdown. Yet they still took this opportunity to steal our last month's fee. After some months of persistent emails and a threat to report them, we were only refunded a portion of the last month pmt but not the full amt. The owners are just crooks as far as I am concerned and took advantage of a pandemic to steal some money from their customers intended for childcare that they did not provide. It is beyond me to understand how they dare keep even a single dollar of a customer's money paid for childcare that they are not entitled to. I recommend you do not risk your money with this school as there can always be a future pandemic or situation that comes up in which case your last month fee will be stolen.
