The judge has not made a decision yet, so I am not sure how they know that I will be denied. And if they knew I would be denied all along, why did they take my case in the first place? They finally filed her case with the court ​after saying another lawyer (her daughter) would take the case. Once the case was filed with the court they called my cousin to tell them that they can no longer represent her due to a conflict. Mind you at this point they have already take 2k from their money. She was finally able to get the rest of her money back minus the 2k. Come to find out from other lawyers this is common, and she will refuse to take a case that will go to trail. So dont bother taking a high conflict custody battle to this woman. She will leave you high and dry while setting you up for failure. Thanks to her actions her ex husband has done nothing but stalk her and cause problems between her and the child. Because he now knows she was going to take him to court. Shame on you!
