Food gets to my house sometimes in 15 minutes or less ! . i gotta give it to them they have a great management . I love Roy Rogers. Imo the best fast food breakfast one could get in the area and they have great deals for dinner. My girlfriend and I got the two entrees and two sides for 9.99 and we both got a 3 piece tenders and fries and couldn't finish our food! I can't think of a better deal! read more

This was a comfortable little Roy Rogers right outside of the Harper's Ferry area that allowed us to grab a quick bite to eat before our trek. The restaurant practices social distancing, but doesn't enforce mask policies. However each table is labeled so no patrons are sitting within 6 feet of each other, which we appreciated. I've been hitting up more Roy Rogers lately because they're good. I like sliced roast beef and I like being able to add my own toppings. Their Fixin's Bar is tops. Stopped here because it was convenient and the service was good/quick. I added a few slices of tomato, some onion, and some of their horseradish sauce. The Fixin's Bar was clean and tidy. Ummm where do I start? 1. Three people working. Explain standing in line for the amount of time I did. 2. Dirty tables. I understand. Your busy and limited staff, maybe there was a call off or something. 3. Potatoes half cooked. 4. Poor kid at the register, Riley. If my manager snapped her fingers at me like she did you this morning, I would have walked right out of that place. 5. Manager wearing purple. Glad you didn't touch any of my food. You were working the drive thru touching everything in site including the food in the kitchen without washing your hands first. There are a lot of dirty things passed from car to window. My review is pretty terrible. My wife stopped in to pick up dinner last week on a Thursday. First off, it took 20 minutes to get her order. That in itself is somewhat excusable, the fact that the chicken was dry by virtue of just plain sitting too long, no excuse. 1 if she's going to kept waiting, it should be to get fresh product. 2 The mix of the eight piece was wrong. Two pieces of dark meat doesn't fly in my house. 3 No biscuits... seriously? Just extremely disappointed. Plamondon run operations are typically on point. Breakfast service moves slower than molasses in winter. I pulled into the drive thru this morning to see a "speaker is broken order at the window" sign. I pull around & see four cars in line ahead of me. The last car actually shifted into park while sitting still. I sat for a couple minutes figuring the line would move somewhat steady...the only movement I had was when I let off my brakes a second & moved an inch. Had a car pull in behind me, read the sign, look around & back out. I promptly backed out a minute later. Thought it was funny that the manager was glaring at me when I finished backing out. This is not a single incident either. I've waited inside for twice as long as other places that cost less for the same quality food. I went to for Rogers on February 2 at 7 PM. I ordered two fish sandwiches and two small fries the charge was $20.87. I did not look at the receipt when I got home I checked The price. I immediately called the store and spoke to a manager she said that she could not do anything I would have to call the next day I called the next day I spoke to another manager she said there was nothing that she could do I would have to wait for the owner of the store to call me back that never happened I sent three emails and never got a response. The store is in Frederick Maryland on new design Road. The managers that I spoke to their names were Savannah Sarah and the owner is Ed . The manager said that the price was wrong. The situation Unfortunately for is not what happened, but how many times has this location provided piss poor service. Where do I begin? Serving Luke warm chicken? I guess roy rogers wants a law suit on their hands. On multiple occasions, you bet your ass. Never having enough chicken? 80 percent of the time. Worst Roy Rogers experience ever! There was nobody else in the drive thru and no one came through, still had to pull around and wait ten minutes for a chicken sandwich, brought me and my wife our order,large fries weren't enough to fill a small fry, didn't give us the sauce for the chicken strips. Pointed out to the guy who brought us our order that the fries were empty... he laughed and said that the girl that took our order was a mess! I'm pretty sure they were all high! Roy's is definitely overpriced! Their menu is not true to the prices that they reflected on their menu. You have to be careful because they will charge you separately for a drink but the menu say it's a combo menu. Which I don't under how something could be a combo on menu but they charge you separately to make more money. I think if it cost more depending on the type of drink you order, their menu should indicate that.... I was very disappointed to see their menu say one price for a combo meal, but they charged me something different due to my drink. Just be careful when ordering from Roy Roger's because their prices are not TRUE and ACCURATE!!! I know when I go anywhere else such as McDonald or Burger King they do not charge me more because I order a soda with my combo meal. I think their food is very good!!!
