Absolutely terrible! Should give them one star but…read more... Okay, the problem here is, they do not change their solution for cleaning as often as they should. If you are dropping off work clothes or coveralls for dry cleaning...then fine but if you have clothes that are of any expense, then forget about this place! I gave Esteem cleaning two winter coats which were both Italian made and the fabric being 100 % cashmere for one (Escada) and the other 90 % wool, 10 % Cashmere (Max Mara). These are coats that are well over $1000 each. I could not believe the condition upon return. The labels of my coats were ruddy brown (should be white/ivory clour), the coats were full of dog hair: so much so, that I needed to lay them down on a clean floor and use my Dyson Vacuum to remove the hair (took two of us...). As well, the pockets were full of hair and pulverized minerals. I was so disgusted with the condition of my coats. I called Esteem Cleaning about these problems (expecting resolution). However, no resolve, just a snotty employee full of excuses. I will never take anything back here again. Unfortunately, Fort St. john is lacking in dry cleaners and I will need to either use Dawson Creek or just try to use home based methods of cleaning my fine clothing.

Very reasonable priced work here. Friendly service, fast and efficient and they use good quality…read morepaper and colour to print your work. They do charge an initial $10.00 set-up fee but once you pay it, your good to go whenever you need prints done.
