I popped into the legion the other night for karaoke with friends. It's a small venue, but the karaoke crowd couldn't have been nicer or more supportive of each other! (If you're not sure if you'll fit in -- most of the crowd was older, but there was the odd table of folks in their 30s and it seemed to get younger as the night went on.)
While there, we sampled the menu and were both pretty thrilled by our selections. I had a stellar beef dip and my husband had "the best" chicken fingers (you'll just need to salt the fries to your own liking). Portions were decent for the price too. Service was fast and our pops were always full, so we definitely can't complain. I'd love to see more people come out to support their local Legion on fun nights like karaoke (I saw a sign posted about weekly Name that Tune, as well!) We didn't need a membership to get in or anything, but we did pick up the forms as we left, because we both qualify but have never gotten around to joining. read more
