(I only visit here once every other month so it's not the cheapest option.) Even when I ask for the cheapest option one time car wash, I get pressured to buy a more expensive wash due to them telling me that the cheapest option will not adequately wash my tires. My son visited this site and was led to believe that he needed to sign up for the monthly plan. He's only 16 years old. I don't feel that it is right for them to be so pushy in getting people to sign up for auto debit from their account. Especially when speaking with a minor, this feels very predatory and inappropriate. When he went back to cancel the plan, he was treated very rudely and was unable to get it canceled quickly and conveniently. The car wash itself is fine, which is why I give it three stars. Easy in and out, but you have to go through high-pressure sales tactics first. I feel the manager should teach them to tone it down a bit. Especially when dealing with someone under the age of 18. Great fuel prices, clean restrooms, tons of packaged snacks and beverages, and the Sheetz convenience fast food restaurant inside. Easy in and out with the traffic light on US23. I filled up outside and used self service inside so no real employee interactions. It's a nice clean store and will be making it a regular gas option when traveling this way.
