DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I scheduled a cleaning - deep clean. They did NOT do the service as requested, but they still charged me. First of all, person assigned to cleaning my house showed up over 2 hours late. Almost 3 hours late - in the afternoon. I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct. Never received a response again. Nor did they answer when called. Over a month later, they charged my card the amount for the deep clean. Despite stating they would send the invoice with the corrected amount. I will be disputing with my bank. I have proof that they stated they would send the correct amount. read more

I don't know what the previous reviews experience was like years ago, all I know is this company has definitely righted whatever wrongs they once had. I ordered a deep cleaning for my wife's birthday along with a few other things for her gifts. Her absolute favorite was the cleaning service because they came in and immediately went to work. My wife said they were nonstop from the moment they showed to cleanup of their supplies and to the moment they left. She was so happy and thrilled she didn't have to take care of the house on her day. She was even watching our 3 month baby and when she needed a bottle for his feeding, one of the ladies rinsed it out and got it cleaned and dried for her. The house looked amazing, my kids came home and said mom had super powers because of how clean the house looked. Don't let the old reviews fool you. This company is a complete fraud and is all about themselves. They claim to give great customer service and that their client's satisfaction is all they care about when they are the complete opposite. I was a brand new client. Andrea, the owner, came to my house to do a walk through for a cleaning and could not give me a quote on the spot which I thought was very weird considering this was her trade and she did this all the time. Not sure what she had to go home and build a quote for. It's not like I was asking her to remodel my bathroom and she had to price out materials. Nonetheless, she emailed me her quotes later that night at midnight. The next morning I scheduled her and her crew to do a deep clean of my house the next week, which would be today, Tuesday, Oct 27th at 8am this morning. Andrea told me I would receive a text message the day before to remind me of the appointment and they would be there at 8am sharp. Therefore, I prepared for them to come. First, I never received a text message the night before to remind me they were coming. Then the following morning 8am comes and nothing. 8:15....nothing...coming close to 8:30,.....nothing. So I call them and Andrea, the owner answers the phone sounding almost bothered that I was calling her. I identified myself and she sounded startled.....almost like she didn't know who I was. Then she put me on hold for 5 mins and comes back to the phone saying, "oh yeah, ok, yes.....Uhhh, we are still at a house right now." That was it. Then I reminded her that I had an appointment at 8am and she carelessly said, yes, but we are at a house right now. That was it. Nothing else. I had to literally pull teeth to get more information. I told her that I had a busy day ahead of me and that I was expecting her to come at 8am. And because I was a new client I wasn't going to just leave the cleaning crew at my house with 4 dogs not having built any kind of relationship with them trusting everything would be ok. She didn't seem to care the slightest bit. Again she just said they were at another house and couldn't leave. So I asked her how late she was going to be? Were they going to show up by 9am? She said, "no, more like 10:30am." With absolutely no care in the world for me as her client and the busy schedule I had and the appointment we had scheduled. This is where I obviously became very angry as I would expect any client to be. When you schedule an appointment with your clients, you honor that. This lady didn't even call me to tell me they were going to be late. I actually believe she completely forgot we had scheduled a house cleaning. How the hell do you schedule another house at 7am (which is what she told me) when you have a deep cleaning scheduled at 8am??? And then say you won't be done until 10:30am????? This is ridiculous. And this lady did NOT care one ounce of the inconvenience she caused me. She did say she was sorry after I started to become very upset at her careless attitude about my situation and the bind she put me in without even calling me to tell me she was going to be late. Then she had the nerve to tell me I was over reacting and that she said she was sorry. She didn't try to rectify the problem and propose alternatives to coming to my house since I couldn't wait for them to come until 10:30am. She just said....."oh you can't wait until 10:30?, I'm sorry for you but that's when we can come." That was it...that was all she said. Not, why don't we come first thing tomorrow morning and I will cut off 10% of the price for inconveniencing you today. Nothing. She started very unprofessionally arguing with me as though I was the problem.....not at all respecting that I was a very upset client. I don't' normally give bad reviews to small businesses because it is my passion to support them. But this company definitely crossed the line with so many things today that I cannot sit back and stay quiet. Andrea and her company know absolutely nothing about customer service. There is no way I would have ever talked to my clients the way she talked to me no matter how upset they were with me. I would not have carelessly said, this is the way it is take or leave it. Many years ago I learned that great customer service is not tested when things are going great and your clients are happy, but when something goes wrong and HOW it is handled. This company failed that on many many levels. They only care about one thing and that is profit. I would advise ANYONE to never use them if you have any ounce of respect for yourself. Unless you want to be inconvenienced with absolutely no compassion for what that means to you and your schedule, this is the best company to use. Good luck. read more

Poor communication, poor customer service. Got a quote for a deep clean, had date and time all set up, and then I asked if they did military discounts and also stated that I would like to use them for future use but their bi-weekly and monthly prices were a little steep compared to others. She sent back an antagonistic reply, not one I would respond back with being in customer service myself, and told me good luck in my search. I was little confused by her response, I was just stating a fact and asking a question out of curiosity, but shrugged and figured I'd see how her business would do in a few weeks and based on that, if it would be worth the $$$.$$ for a monthly cleaning. The day of, I texted her to see if her workers were on their way and if it was OK to pay by check. She responded that she never heard from me, and was under the impression I was going with a cheaper company. I didn't know I would have to reply back from her opposing email, before the questions I asked I stated in the same email that the date and time for the deep cleaning was good. She then continued to forward me my own emails, which I had as well. I have read and re-read them. From my standpoint I see a woman with poor communication skills. I replied back that it seemed like a miscommunication issue, and that's not what the email implied, although I believe that's how she took it, not really reading it throughly. What happened next? A discount for the mishap, a rescheduling for the next available day, a dare-say apology? None of the above. There was No Response back on her part. None. Whatsoever. Now that's bad business and customer service. I didn't get my home deep cleaned, but I'm grateful because it led me to someone else who does a great job and is quick and pleasant at responding back. I tell everyone that's looking for a cleaning company to not use RCS, and if you'd like to read the emails/texts to make your own assumptions I still have them all.
