They did a great job on my R8. My wrap was old and yellowing so it was a bear for them to get it off and buff out some cuts the previous wrap installers had done to the hood. They did a great job and I'm certain out a lot of effort into it. They also buffed out a scratch on one carbon side blade. All around great job and done quickly. While it was there my AC stopped blowing cold and the diagnosed and recharged for no cost. Great shop. read more

Carbon fiber reinstalled shoddily, to say the least! I am sure that the fender they "replaced" and charged about $3,000 for, is the same fender that it went into the shop with. How do I know? Because it has the same rock-chip that it went into the shop with, only with a dab of touch-up paint!!!! They must think everyone is stupid! They had my car for at least 5-6 months. I got "Royally" screwed... The owner said he would fix everything but, I think it should have been done right the first time. To the owner- Don't waste your time trying to call me, I will not remove this review. This guy is a liar, with the comment below. I called him 1 day after picking the car up!!!! Also, I can prove that my car was there for over 5 months! Charged me and my insurance $15,000 for a job that should have cost about $3,000. I am literally putting it in a local shop to have their shoddy work fixed!!!! I'm beyond mad, hence this review. One star only because a red flag was not an available option. Coincidentally I had a flat tire in the middle of Richmond Ave. yesterday, 100 feet from Royal Collision. Panicked, I went in the shop and asked them for assistance. I was greeted by one of their mechanics, Sharif. He was nice as ever. He tried to revive the tire but the tire was punctured by some nails. To no avail, the tire could not be fixed so he put on the spare tire and advised me to go to a tire shop since they don't carry tires at their shop. During my crisis, I looked around the shop and noticed how many certifications they have on their wall. I also met the owner as well and he was very respectful and professional. The shop was exceptionally clean and seemed to be a very busy collision shop. They specialize in repairing luxury and auto imports. With all of the certifications displayed on their wall, I'm guessing they do an excellent job in repair work and I feel confident in referring them to others. read more

I only wish I could give Royal Collision 10 stars instead of 5. Unfortunately, a night out in the town for wine caused me to scrape my M4's from bumper. I love my car, I even named her.. she's everything to me and we are closely connected. I don't just hand her off to anyone but after hearing about Royal Collision's work from a friend, and reading their amazing reviews online, I decided to meet with them and see what they could do to get things right again for me. I walked in and I was greeted by the young girl (I forgot her name, sorry!) at the front desk and then introduced to Sergio. They both know cars and it was easy for me to tell that Sergio was enthusiastic about the car scene and wanting to help me. The lobby was clean and they have coffee and water to hold you over through the stress. Sergio quickly came out to look at my car and drew up a quote for me. I asked him to re-apply Xpel clear bra on the front bumper of the car since the previous installation would have to be removed. I found the quote to be fair for the level of service, attention to detail, and impeccable work they do. It was the first and ONLY quote I received for my car.. I left him the keys and requested to please keep my car inside the garage and not outside so that Houston's heat wouldn't do a number on my leather in the 2 weeks I waited for the car's return. During this time, Sergio would always call me to keep me updated on the car's progress. I was in Miami and he gave me a call with photos to tell me that the shop who installed my carbon fiber splitters and front lip did so incorrectly causing damage to the bumper. What I appreciated was that he never tried to upsell me - I could have left it as it was because he told me it wouldn't show once the accessories were put back on but it would if I were ever to remove them to sell the car. I told him to fix it. Joe, the owner of Royal Collision, is a stand up, professional guy. Everything about him just oozes ... perfection. He wants his work perfect and he wants his clients happy. Which is why when the owner of that previous shop called him to speak about the work they had done he stood up for me despite being friends with them. I tried out this shop based on the reviews, so I was taking a chance. Glad I came out ahead with my gamble. My BMW m2 was hit in the front from a minor accident and needed front bumper and some other things fixed. The workmanship and the material of the paint is flawless. The owner was very adamant that he would only use OEM from bmw and not aftermarket stuff as the adjuster initially wanted to try and use. Kudos. Four month out the paint is pretty much OEM like factory as you can get, very well done paint, no drips or any flaws visible. However I didn't give them a full 5 star as I felt the communication could of been a lot better. I felt like I always had to call to follow up and there was a lot of delays and miscommunication between them and the adjuster. I'd consider coming back if I need to but hope the communication would be improved. read more

Recently I purchased a 2015 BMW M4 with a some cosmetic imperfections in the front bumper (rock chips, scrapes underneath etc) I couldn't bear to drive around looking like this so I decided to have them fixed. I needed my passenger front window replaced after someone broke into my car. I called a few places and Royal Collision had the best deal. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. They completed the work within a few hours but were able to keep my car overnight as I was unable to pick it up the same day. So a few months ago now I was driving through the Heights and made a lane change which forced me to drive my car straight over a raised divider in the road. I had extensive damage to the underside of my car including broken rims, damaged fuel tank, and some pretty major suspension problems. The decision to take my car to Royal Collision Center came after finding that they had such great reviews and that the bulk of their work is on high end and super cars. I figured that they were the best in the business and that's why I chose them against my car insurance's recommendation. From the first day I dropped the car off it took a full month to get my car back. I understand that it was not just Royal's fault as the insurance was slow to get out but still, that is the longest I have ever had to wait for a car to be repaired. Upon receiving the car back, there was a major pull to the right when driving the car so I immediately took it back. It took an extra day for them to fix that, luckily I hadn't returned my rental just yet. When I finally was able to keep the car I drove it around for a few weeks without noticing anything wrong. The vehicle looked great and the repairs to the underside looked very well done. At this point I was overall very happy with the experience. After taking it on a road trip to Austin I noticed a very unusual vibration in the car from about 80-100mph a speed I never reached while driving the car around in the city. A few days later I called Royal and they had me bring the car back in. Shareef drove the car with me and acknowledged that there was a problem and offered to try to diagnose the issue. The diagnosis, ordering of the parts, and repair took another 3 weeks to complete. I was confident that the issue had been resolved so I returned my rental and headed over to pick it up. Everything seemed fine and after driving at higher speeds on the highway I thought it was fixed. It wasn't until I went on another long distance trip and quickly realized that the vibration hadn't improved at all, it's exactly the same. While Royal Collisions customer service is fantastic and the body work that they do is second to none, I feel that they are more body shop than actual collision center. I should have never received my car back with the same mechanical issue that caused me to bring it in the second time. The insurance company is not going to keep paying out while they guess what is actually wrong. In total I paid around $1000 in rental fees, my fault for not adding that to my insurance policy, plus the $500 deductible for the repairs. I refuse to put more money out of pocket into these repairs and so I am just going to deal with it. My car is a 2015 Infiniti Q50s with relatively low miles and I am very disappointed to be stuck with a car that is no longer in good condition. In the future if I need body work alone I would consider coming back to Royal Collision but for anything that is more extensive I will definitely research other options. read more

This is the second time I have taken my Lexus RX450h to RC for self-inflicted body repairs. My first visit was on a friend's recommendation and since they did such a good job I returned for an encore! When I saw some of the cars Joe had in his shop (Ferraris, Bentleys, Rolls, etc.) I knew if RC was good enough for the owners of those vehicles it was good enough for me. Joe and his team are perfectionists and make sure that repairs are done with the utmost care. You cannot tell which areas have been repaired. The fairing was perfect as was the paint matching. RCs prices are better than those of the dealership the vehicle came from. The repairs were competed within the five days Joe quoted me and it had been washed and polished and looked like new (it is three years old) when I picked it up. Joe said he had to buy a couple of trim pieces that he had overlooked when he gave me a quote but he did not charge me for them. I would recommend RC to anyone who needs bodywork and wants a great job on their vehicle. read more

Mark is a good guy tried his best to satisfy me, they did take care of the insurance nonsense that is a headache to deal with luckily the lady from the insurance company was very kind also. Had a few issues the first time o picked up the vehicle details that should have not been overlooked. I myself have worked in a body shop and they did line up the body line great which is hard on a corvette due to being fiberglass. I am knocking a star off because no detailing service on the car, they did buff and wet sand the panels they painted but left the other panels untouched the paint is a 90% match due to weathering on the old paint which I know is hard to really match but to the trained eye you can see a slight difference but that's expected. Interiors was just vacuumed which is fine but expected a bit more from a 5 star collision shop. Don't complain and won't demand services but working in a start up repair shop at some point in my life they would make me clean cars and detail it so the customer would be extra happy and we would buff the whole car or at least the panels connecting to the repairs to notice less a repair has been done. read more
