However, upon receiving the order, I noticed that it was not what had been discussed and paid for. I contacted the establishment multiple times to discuss this issue, but unfortunately, the responses I received from Liz were unsatisfactory and accompanied by rudeness. Feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of progress, I decided to visit the establishment in person to seek a resolution. I'm so thankful I was able to look around and collect the affordable flowers for my Grandmother's service. On Saturday, I called in to place a pick up order for the "Forever Romance Bouquet" that I found online. The bouquet is supposed to be made up of stargazer lilies, roses, alstroemerias and limoniums. However, when my dad picked up the bouquet the following Wednesday, it looked NOTHING like the picture online (compare the two images I uploaded). The lady over the phone had told me that the standard size is a bit smaller, but because online says "regular orders will feature the same captivating style, color scheme, and design as the arrangement pictured, with a slightly smaller presentation," I figured that the standard size would be fine...but 1) our order looked nothing like the picture (I really have to emphasize this) and 2) our order was not worth the $40 we paid.
