To whoever reads these reviews…read more The Faris Team has a listing at 3800 Hale Street in Marchmont that has the type of copy that gives relators a bad name. Whoever approved the wording for this listing should be spoken to, and reprimanded. The description of the lower level suggests a "FULLY FINISHED" lower level when actually less than 50 % of the lower level is finished. What's fully about that? And then the copy regarding the saltwater pool, suggests that it's ready for summertime enjoyment. Are you kidding me? The pool has been out of commission for a couple of years and has a hole in the liner the size of a 32" TV screen. Sure, it might be ready for summertime enjoyment after an investment of $10 - $15k, maybe if the ground doesn't need to be dug up to repair the underground pipes. I sure was disappointed after a 45- minute drive to view this property. Buyers beware of homes promoted by the Faris Team.
