She went above and beyond in making sure my parcel got back home in time for Christmas. She told me what I needed to bring in and what I could not send, working out different costs for me and also suggested that she could open up the shop early for me so she could give all her attention to me. Since February till beginning of September I never received any of my courier!!! after complaining to the shop owner I finally starting getting my courier ... But with 4 months delays.. What I mean I received courier dated from July 2014 in End of October. In meantime the damage is great as I missed my NHS appointment letters from Hospital 4 of them! Which end up me being discharge by the hospital. Secondly from day 1 to day2 my internet provider increase my bills and my electricity provider increased my electricity bills without warning, when I call them to inquire they insist they have sent letters of advice months before, which I never received!!! My son and my partner goes in the shop nearly everyday to buy stuff, if any letter they should hand over. What should I do? Where should I complaint? The couple working in the shop have a couple of times refuse to serve me in past. How do I know if they have destroy my courier? How may I know which letter was delivered specially from the hospital? How can I change it so that I don't miss my courier anymore? Is there any law to protect me against such carelessness?

I couldn't find a single review, but Mum liked his manner, and the quote seemed reasonable, so we booked him. On the day, he was outstanding. I honestly can't recommend his Company highly enough. He had a small team of experienced guys with him, he was on time, had plenty of space in the lorry, was very careful with all of our stuff, and very efficient. He just made the whole day run smoothly. To add further value, he has a lovely way about him, which is just what you need in the middle of the bedlam of moving day. Not a smart phone, but a very basic one. We got one. The assistant didn't let us even get through the door before jumping on us. The person serving us didn't even help with the set up, nor check the box and check everything was there. I spent over an hour trying to set the phone up. The battery and sim card wasn't in place and n to help. The online one was useless. I can honestly say that when I'm due to upgrade my phone, they will not be getting my business. I feel they didn't care S we w i feel they didn't care as we were only buying a cheap phone.
