And the setting is cosy and welcoming. What more could you want? We came with our puppy on a sunny September afternoon so sat outside, which was easily accommodated by the waiter. I had the steak, mushroom and red wine pot pie with buttered vegetables and rustic mash. Whilst the husband had the local Bridge Road brewery's beer battered fish and chips and salad. So yummy! We then shared a locally grown apple & berry crumble with vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was divine!!
