Smells like a typical Chinese fast food joint of oil and deep fried things. Can get smoky inside. Service was pretty quick. We ordered the wonton noodle soup. The wontons were good, but I felt like the really thin noodles and soup tasted like something out of an instant noodle packet. Finished it because we were hungry and it was super cold outside. At least the bowl was piping hot. Alright if you're in the area and try something besides the soup. Wouldn't go out of my way to dine here. Also, one of the workers was using a toothpick in his mouth and serving food. Not sure if that's sanitary.

The place is small but our party of 4 were able to get seated right away. Someone came to our table to take our order and to our surprise (and delight) our food was ready in about 5 minutes. Three of us ordered the Singapore noodles and one person ordered the fried noodles. We were all very happy with our meals and raved about how good it was. The glutinous, or sticky rice, was okay. A bit too salty for me and had a charred in the wok flavor which was heavy. The dough of the rice rolls was evenly thick throughout the dish, but not light. To me, it seemed like the rice roll was made in advance as it had a very chewy texture. They look nice and uniform, but I'd rather have something that tastes good. The biggest disappointment is a dim sum staple, Shui Mai (D02). They were luke warm temperature-wise. And the filling lacked flavor. The balance between the shrimp and pork leaned heavily on the pork, which was a bit gristly. The service is standard for a traditional Chinese restaurant. The staff speak English, Dutch, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Very impressive! They are also well staffed for a Chinese restaurant. The ambiance is the standard fare for a Chinese restaurant too. Focus is on seating, not on decor. There are several dining rooms and there is a case of baked goods at the entrance. Overall, they had some good and not so good items. Pick and choose wisely!

Nothing wrong with it, just maybe I expected more. Overall I'd give this place 3.5 stars because it was just fine, but since I can't do half stars I'll round it up to 4. I got the duck and shrimp dish (€20), and it came with exactly 2 pieces of shrimp hidden under the duck. If you're going to get duck, save yourself €2 and go for the duck only (€18). It wouldn't have been so bad, but while the skin was nice and crispy, the meat just didn't taste as fresh as the wrap version. I also ordered the tofu and Chinese mushroom dish (€16). I liked the authentic Chinese flavor a lot! I only wished there was more tofu in it. White rice is an extra 50 cents per bowl, but I'll have to remember for next time that it's a pretty huge bowl. I'd say one bowl is enough for two people. Staff here is as friendly as ever, and the food was served extremely fast. Final verdict: 5+++ stars for lunch, 3.5 stars (rounding up to 4 though) for dinner.

We decided on this restaurant because of the yelp reviews saying how great it was. Big mistake…read morelistening to yelp reviewers. The service was slow and the restaurant didn't look very clean. The menu items were inexpensive which my party were happy about, but when we made our selections it took so long for the food to come. I ordered a chicken meal with rice, and the chicken had bones in it that I almost choked on- it didn't say it ok the menu-guess I wasn't expecting it. The rice tasted okay but I was turned off from eating once my sister found a long black hair in her food. Once there's hair in food my stomach turns and I don't eat anymore. When my sister complained about the hair- the staff were staring at her like they didn't understand why she was upset- and were making it seem like she threw the hair in there. We also ordered some bread with our meal which never came and had to be sure it was taken off our check. Overall this experience was terrible and I wished we had gone to the steakhouse around the corner that I wanted to go to- but the people I was with wanted this place.
