I LOVE THIS PLACE! AFFORDABLE for the area! Basic Pedicure $30, gel mani $45 and up depending on additional designs! They have cat eye, chrome, hot gel, dip, fun designs! I honestly wanted to gatekeep my go to nail Magician but I have to give a shoutout to Diem! She is AMAZING! Most places i feel embarrassed to ask for nail color choices but here she listens, gives me options, and I leave happy every single time!!! All other staff I've had are also very kind and attentive to detail! I'm prone to ingrown nails but never with this place!

I have been coming here for about 2-3 years. Every single one does a great job and very nice people. I have gone to many nail salons and this one is definitely a keeper. They are flexible with scheduling appointments and have got me in a short notice at times. Their price is very affordable for the quality they provide. I also leave a happy customer and they don't rush the service. I am still a loyal costumer and can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you to everyone especially Diem and Tina!

I went here around noon last week for a regular mani/pedi with polish. I wore my flip flops all day, and then in the evening I put on closed toed shoes. It had been many hours, and yet when I took my shoes off, my big toe nails on both sides were completely smudged. They clearly didn't wait for each coat to dry long enough and/or are using a bad top coat. I was pissed, and had to completely re-do them myself. I then looked at my hands and also noticed slight smudging/movement of the polish. I gave two stars instead of one because one of the girls, Wendy, was really nice and their chair massager was really good. Regardless, I will never go back here. This has never happened to me before.

I've been going to this salon for over a year now and have had a great experience every single time. I've tried MANY salons, but the nail techs are all good and professional in every aspect. Perhaps you can find cheaper, but you won't find the quality and choices you have at Mystic. I should've written this sooner, but after experiencing a difficult customer that shamed the techs and treated them horribly (and then left a bad review here), I knew I had to write to defend these great hard-working people. Prices are posted as you walk in, BUT if you choose to add additional services or add a tip to a broken nail or a callous remover, of course it will cost more. I've never felt taken advantage of. I've never been lied to. Go support this great local business!

I love getting my nails done by Diem! I usually get dip with tips and she does the best job. All the artists are great here. Ten out of ten.

Yes! 100%. This place has been super consistent in the quality of the work that they do. I've been going since 2019 and have TRIED other places just out of convenience because I moved away and after 2 years of trying to find a place near my house, I went back to them. Happy to make the drive because I take my nails very seriously, not just the aesthetic but also the health and time after time Mystic has exceeded my expectations in both. Me and three other ladies went here after calling thirty minutes before we arrived. They accommodated us and took us as soon as we arrived! This is one of the best nail salons I have been to- and my nails look amazing. All four of us are so happy with the work they did. It is such a peaceful, kind, and welcoming place. I am nervous going to new places since I have the bad habit of picking at my nail beds, but they were extremely kind and completely understood. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Great service, super nice ladies. I come here every time I'm in the area. If you are getting calluses removed they will use a sanding tool. So be prepared. It tickles and has a warm sensation. Parking lot is a little small, but just wait a bit and a spot will open up. read more

Hard pass. Run away. Roaches crawling up the walls. I went with my girlfriend for pedicure. Sat with our feet in lukewarm water for 20 minutes before we left. People walking around aimlessly. Pictures falling off the walls. Is this place a front? Have a better chance of catching a fungus before anyone's attention to service you. Yikes. read more

Ill start by saying this, I WOULD GO BACK but I wouldn't go to the guy. I can't hate on this place because I saw customers in there that were getting treated like queens and were regulars. Unfortunately for me, I got set up with the wrong guy (the only guy there) doing my nails. I needed my nails perfect for a job I was doing the next morning that would feature my hands so these being done right was essential!!! I came in around 5:55pm And called prior to make sure they could take me. The only person available was the guy, I asked for tips and acrylic. The guy seemed like he was flustered and in a rush. He started my nails by putting on the tips and acrylic immediately. No soaking the hands, cleaning the nails, cutting of the cuticles, nothing. I was shocked over this. I had just finished painting my house that day and my nails were disgusting and dirty, getting them cleaned was something I really needed and I was looking forward to. I thought maybe he had a different method and was doing it after the tips but he didn't, by then it was too late. Once he pulled out the acrylic I really concerned BC my nails weren't cleaned up at all. I asked him if he was going to cut my cuticles and he said no it was fine. On top of that, The shape was a little weird. I showed him a photo of what I wanted but I guess he didn't understand. The tips he gave me were too small for my nails and he added the acrylic/nail polish far from my cuticles, which made it look like they were grown out for weeks. I didn't say anything while I was there BC it was past closing and he left as soon as he put on the last coat. I did Call the next day and ask for a repaint at least which they did without question. I don't have the before photos but I have the after. You can see how far the acrylic was added from my cuticle and how my nails def don't look like their other reviews. read more

After losing my regular nail tech, I needed to find a new salon. I Tried to like this place. First time I went for gel x removal and new set, I had an appointment at 5pm and still had to wait an hour. They seemed understaffed which I can sympathize with. I don't mind waiting if the product is worth it. I don't think it was though. The girl doing my nails seemed a little unsure of the whole process and took a long time to do my set. The finished product was nice and I did enjoy them but, one broke about two weeks in. They offer fills, which most places don't so, I went back for a fill and to fix the one nail. This time the girl was professional and proficient. Didn't love the shape she gave me but, I was able to file it into a shape I more enjoyed. And then 4 days later one broke and about a week later another broke. This never happened with my old tech. So, I'm officially moving on to try a new salon. Pretty disappointing. read more

Absolutely love Mystic Nails! Vanessa does the best job on the new SNS Nail Service. This was my second time going to her for that service and i loved it once again. Both times I've gone the sets have lasted me over 2 weeks. I highly recommend trying the SNS. No gel or chemicals are used. They make your nails grow longer and stronger! I work in the service industry and they stay in tact without any chips! read more

Absolutely love this nail salon. Lynn is very sweet as well as the other nail techs. I showed a reference pic of artsy nails & Lynn replicated it so well I usually do the same nail type but I was encouraged to do something different and try Gel-X . Glad I did. Also I got matching pedicure in red. Deluxe 2 is the best and my feet feel brand new. Also received a 10 min shoulder massage that put me into relaxation. Love this place read more

UPDATE, Tiffany is BACK and as great as ever! I can't believe after so many years of going there I can still walk away and be SO HAPPY of the great job she does. I was always hesitant of getting rhinestones put on because they tend to fall off so easily but I've had these going on two weeks now and there's not a sign of these stones budging. I often come in with random pictures I find on the Internet and lo and behold, she always comes through and does them perfectly. I've attached a pic, check it out for yourself. read more

I've been here to get manicures several times & the results have been very hit or miss. Only 1x did I have a manicure I actually thought was good. The rest were so-so & the last the worst. The nail tech was lazy & rushing through the removal of my gel nails. You aren't supposed to do a quick & dirty removal as that will damage your nails. She brought out the electric file & was very rough on my nails. She went completely overboard on my cuticles - which you're only supposed to trim lightly as you risk damage to the nail bed & possible infection if you overdo it by over cutting & tugging. I will not be returning. The skin around my cuticles is still tender - after several days - & I now have a painful hangnail. I tried to get a good picture.. but the lighting isn't the best. If I were you I would avoid this place. Research what a good manicure should look like & look for those qualities in the nail salon & the nail tech. read more

While I shouldn't share my favorite nail tech with the rest of the world, she deserves it. Tiffany always does a great job and is so worth the wait (she's so so busy, but so incredibly talented). I recently got a manicure from Lee and she was just as much a perfectionist. Hannah gives amazing massages. Tommy is also wonderful when it comes to manis/pedis. Try this place out!! They cut me 2 times and now I am so sore around the nail bed and pray I do not get an infection and the painting of the nails looks horrible ... 2 stars because I'm sure not every experience is like this. I came in needing gel x removal. One of my nails was broken in the middle. The nail tech did not know how to handle it. I felt really bad so I just said he can do a dry manicure because it would be better to use the e file. My nails were soaked and filed, which is fine but the residue from the gel was left on my nails and cured on. I asked to clean under my nail but that didn't happen. The filing was no very good. Honestly if they had just removed the residue of the gel and acetone I would have not even made a review but that was a terrible experience. read more

Was randomly in the area and wanted to stop by and take my best friend to a pedicure for her birthday. The pedicure itself was only $20 and she opted for the callous remover which was an additional $7 and a ten minute foot massage which was an additional $10 (which we learned they charge $15 for 15 mins, $20 for 20 mins, etc...) I got just the $20 pedicure and the gel manicure. The whole experience was wonderful and my friend and I were very pleased. If we lived in the area, we would totally be back. read more

Walked in for a dip powder removal & manicure. They took me in right away, it was a quiet day apparently. Diem was my manicurist and she was delightful! My nails look gorgeous and we had nice conversation the whole time. The dip powder is so great and makes my nails feel strong. And Diem made sure that the powder didn't go on too thick. Totally will be back!! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now and they normally do a fantastic job. I even brought my boyfriend in with me to have him experience a nice and relaxing pedicure. However my most recent visit was far from relaxing. I'm paired with a new young gentleman that I have never seen before and is clearly new, so I try to give him the benefit of the doubt. However he clearly did not understand me when I spoke to him, he didn't clean under my toenails (after I even pointed it out and asked him to do so), and took OVER AN HOUR to do a pedicure. I am leaving this review to purely inform management. read more

My manicurist constantly talked on her phone while working on my nails. I broke 2 nails on my right hand ( middle and ring finger ) and those were only ones she needed to glue and fill. In the picture you can see their ugly shape, and how different they are from the rest of my nails . Moreover, the gel top is all over my cuticles, it is all uneven and beyond the edges. And I got charged extra for these 2 ugly nails . If you want a beautiful set of acrylic nails go to Tiffany, otherwise save yourself from trouble and go to different salon. read more

I recently realized the service of my nail salon was below average so I started a search for a new home base. I was looking for a few things in a nail salon: - open on Sundays - lots of gel color options - decent price - great work This place has it all. To top it all off I messaged them on Yelp before their opening time and made an appointment. The person responded in less than 15 minutes! When I got to the nail salon, there was someone actually waiting for me for my appointment. (How many times have we made a nail appointment and still had to wait??) Susan and Michael did my mani pedi and I am soooo happy with it! They were both so happy and patient despite me changing my mind 3 times about my color. DONT COME HERE. I came in with an appointment for a REGULAR gel polish change. Simple. Easy enough right? Apparently not here. Not only did it take 1.5 hours for her to finish filing, but they came out super uneven and not the shape I asked for. I asked for round and got pointy and short. I've been growing out my nails for months and she filed them all down & now it's like there's no growth at all. The shape is horrible and uneven on both hands. I will not be returning. I shouldn't have even had to pay for this. *UPDATE* 1 week later, my gel has cracked. I get gel all the time and they never crack this early on. Just more proof about why I will not return. read more

I've been to nail salons all over the the Valley. Most are fine. Some are awful. Only a few are exceptional. Mystic Nails is one of the few! I had a sad set of acrylics from a salon which shall remain nameless. I had to reshape them myself to make them presentable :-/ I figured I'd just start over and get a new set. Yelp lead me to Mystic Nails, and I'm quite impressed! Enamored, even! The shop is clean and well organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their work is killer! I ended up with a flawless set of acrylics, a beautiful gel manicure, AND a pedicure. The shop had a good vibe, and the employees really knew what they were doing. How much did I pay? $82, without tip. The above services listed, as well as a foot and leg massage, plus some serious callus removal also factor into that price. I also had two women taking care of me. One tamed my feet while the other beautified my hands. Money well spent, I say. How good are they? So good, I would drive from, like, Santa Monica all the way over to Mystic Nails in rush hour traffic for another pedicure. read more

This has been my go to nail salon for years but I will not be going back…read more When I first moved out here, I fell in love with my nail tech Cathy (and Tammy, hey girl!) and havent been able to look back despite a multitude of issues at the business but I can't in good conscience go back anymore. I have had repeated issues from the owner Suzy constantly DOUBLE BOOKING my nail appt time and causing longer than usual wait times. As someone in a high pressure job with little windows for self care, it has constantly put a strain on my ability to enjoy these appointments and let alone even get the service i'd planned for. I've put up with this behavior for as long as I can but ever since my favorite techs have left, I will not be stepping my foot back in at the shop. (Shoutout Tammy and Cathy, miss your nails every day). Guess i'm back to shopping for a new salon now. Might even be worth switching neighborhoods just to have some reliability!

Much to my surprise the room was exceptionally uncomfortable, as if there was no air conditioning and the smell of cultural cooking waved through the room, which was unpleasant to me. When I inquired to the receptionist who said if you are unhappy with this salon you can leave. What ever happened to clean, healthy environments, especially when the services cost a fortune. If I had to give this salon a rating it would be a C as the staff do not care about the clients comfort only the money. Since this was a first time visit I left with the scent of dirty sweat socks escorting me to another salon.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I can't say enough good things about this mystic nail spa! I came in for a dip powder manicure and a gel pedicure, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. This place is wonderful in all aspects--the service, the design details, everything!! I know the owner for a year when she used to be in Burbank, CA. I was so happy to know that she was not going too far since Studio City is just next door from Burbank and until today I still make the drive just to get my Pedicure with Her And it's worth it. Usually my pedicure lasts about 3-4 weeks and I'm always itching to go back. There's usually a 5 minute but it's really not that bad because you're going to be too busy choosing what color you want for your nails anyway. I highly recommend this place to everyone.Side note:I've tried other nail salons because I wanted to save a few bucks but only resulted in coming out dissatisfied whether it's about the service, my nails, etc. I'd rather do the drive and be completely satisfied. Ok, so I have to write this review. This place is awesome. First of all, I am a guy. They make you feel right at home and comfortable from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. The shop itself is nice. It's not too, overly, fancy. Just a basic setup and comfortable massage chairs while you get your services. They have a clean restroom in the back for customers and are always very friendly. They take their time to make sure they don't hurt you. Which for me, is huge. I need someone who knows how to be gentle. I have been cut so many times, but never here. I am literally getting a pedi as I type this, so I hope I did jinx myself lol Ask for Tina and Lynn. This place is great! I really enjoy the staff here they are all very friendly. The manager Susan is a real sweetheart and she will make sure you have a great experience. I like that they are very quick and professional. I'm usually in and out within an hour for a regular pedicure and gel manicure (including time to take off gel). Serena gave me a beautiful manicure and nail art this last time I was in, I love it! She is very talented. The time before I had Hanna and Tom who are both very good as well. Hoa gives great pedicures and Vanessa is another one who does great manicures! Prices are very reasonable. I love this place as I always walk out of there with beautiful nails! read more

Don't bother making an appointment. When you show up at your scheduled time they will ask you to wait a half hour. They will string you along saying, "Only five minute more. It's okay. five minute more." Their service is not worth the wait. They may put you at the table they usually reserve for themselves to eat their lunch on. They will definitely seat you in a chair that is broken and two inches from the ground( I feel as though it was meant for one of their employees to use during pedicures). I'm defeated. I've been going to Mystic Nail Spa for about 2 years now, and that's because they're awesome...duh! Serena is their newest nail artist, and I cannot say enough how FANTASTIC she is. Serena was an absolute perfectionist and was sure to get my nail shape and color exactly how I liked. Hannah always does my pedicures, and like Serena, she pays close attention to detail and is genuinely the sweetest person ever. I am loving my new color!!!!! I am so picky when it comes to my nails but Mystic handles the diva in me better than any salon I've ever been too! They always have the best colors, most precise paint and file jobs in town AND the customer service is A+!!!!
