My dad passed 9 years ago and Rick and his staff took care of all the details then. They updated their general gathering space and you can even have your service there if you choose. Coffee, water, tea all set up if you need it. My mom lived to 98 years and passed a few weeks ago. This time Bill and Amanda took care of her details. My mom again being so organized, planned it all. I just made some small decisions, but her planning and the staff there made things a lot easier. I requested a motorcade to and from the church and this made navigating the streets a lot easier. They took care of publishing the obituary and ordering the death certificates. Staff communicated well and kept me up to date of what was going on, especially since I am out of state. They even reached out recently to see how I was doing and sent links to help with the grieving process. It was a peaceful send off and I'm sure my mom loved it. She's now at rest with my dad.

Her company isn't part of a large corporation or a franchise, it's just Cathy. Families meet with or talk to her, and she is a compassionate friend. I learned that funeral homes charge many times the prices at All Veterans-All Families. Their prices are less than $1,000, which is MUCH less than pricing from funeral homes. I think of her service when I see those TV commercials saying that funerals will bankrupt survivors. Using this cremation option is better for everyone.

Instead I received in the mail a packet with the section and grave number where he was already buried. It was devastating for the entire family. We all felt that we didn't have the closure we needed. When I think of him buried with none of his family there just breaks my heart.

I arrived in FL for a long weekend visit with my snowbird father. I talked to him at 10:27pm…read moretelling him we would arrive in 2 hours. When we got to my father's house he had passed peacefully. I am not super familiar with the area or funeral homes available. The Sherriff called Roberson's for us. They were fantastic from the start. When they came to retrieve my father's body they draped a flag over the gurney for me to say goodbye. It was incredibly beautiful and gave my veteran father the honor, dignity and respect he deserved going from his home to the hurst. We opted for cremation so that we could have his funeral in Ohio. Ross at the funeral home was open, honest and had great communication with us. It did take a little longer than most cremations because we had to deal with FL and an OH VA doctor on the death certificate, but it did go smoothly and I highly recommend them.

When I had a complaint about the funeral director Jennifer O'hara and her immoral behavior she displayed while at work I decided to reach out to her directly via her @baldwincremations email from an email address that she was very familiar with. Instead of taking my real concern seriously she blocked the email address. I waited a day and then contacted this office to formally make my complaint. The funeral director intern that answered was Gianna "anna". Instead of taking my complaint, Gianna informed me that everyone in the company was aware of Jennifer O'haras disgusting behavior. Gianna also immediately gave my number to Jennifer O'hara. Jennifer O'hara then proceeded to call me nearly 50 times that morning from a blocked number, telling me, nothing will happen to her from my complaint because she's open about flaunting her disgusting, immoral behavior in front of the entire company. Jennifer O'hara told me where I'm from is a "shit hole" and to go back to where I come from (Hawaii). Jennifer O'hara threatened me that if I called back to their office, she would call the police on me, even though she was the one calling me over and over again from a blocked number! Jennifer O'hara even continued to call me throughout the week from a blocked number until I changed my number to put a stop to the harassment! Utterly Despicable! DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!

They had trouble finding records, couldn't answer simple legal questions related to their burial policies, accounting department is apparently offsite they couldn't get someone on the phone to process a refund, all day. The lady I spoke with Cathy who was clueless about anything, not to mention she never expressed any compassion for my situation. I am convinced all they care about is taking your money in a time of grief then your just another number. Do yourself a favor and find another place to place your loved ones. Your response to my review lacks compassion and sincerity comes across very scripted. I have tried to reach your GM Danielle Bicker and again was given the runaround. Very frustrating!
