Before we left town, we scheduled a meet-and-greet at my home with the pups. Danielle asked me about their schedule, feeding guidelines, etc. It was evident from that initial meeting that she is very knowledgeable about dogs. The entire process was very professional. I was a new dog owner and I wanted to make sure she got the best care out there. They take care of my needs and still take care of every need I have. Her brother he is also a Shih Tzu Milo and he came along behind Gracie since day one Dealing with this animal hospital veterinarian. No matter how big or little my concerns were or questions I may have they were hands-down available, Never did they once make me feel uncomfortable. I have dealt with 3. Of thr doctors there and each of them were very caring and they were exceptionally caring towards me to ease my thoughts with anything I may need. My puppies are always taking care of. I find confidence and comfort in their abilities with my puppies. They treat them as their own. I also take them up on their services of kenneling, day, care, and overnight. My Shih Tzu's always come back to me with a great disposition because of how they interact with every animal that walks through the doorway. I firsthand have seen how the animal I could see the way that the Owner were so comfortable with the veterinarian's . I don't think I can have enough time to even go further in, but it is already turning into a book. I would completely recommend this practice. I am glad my friend Jill introduced me to it.
