They fight, they yelp, and I end up backing off. Jessica has trimmed and buffed their nails two or three times and they never give her that trouble. They just stand there and go along with it like it's no big deal. That is not something I take for granted. She has been at this location for years, and every time I've been in she is kind and patient, even when the salon is busy. She treats my dogs well and I never leave worrying about how they were handled. If you have a dog that is difficult with nail trims, ask for Jessica.
