Not overly impressed when they charge thousands of dollars per month for a tiny room and one of the graveyard workers steals my grandmother's bank cards (among other things). This was confirmed via video footage.
I must say-- it takes a very low person to rob the disabled or elderly.
I would have hoped the care providers assisting my grandma would be individuals of compassion, empathy and some degree of conscience; but unfortunately, even the bare minimum isn't provided.
This was supposed to be a place of rehabilitation for my grandmother after a brain aneurysm. Instead it's caused distress and anxiety and contributed to more health issues and 3 ambulance rides in a week (related to stress/anxiety after her purse incident) .
