It wasn't the website itself that inspired me, but the level of service I received from Adam. We had many frustrations linking online stores, Paypal, etc. On my end I was pulling my hair out and I'm certain he was too. But, what impressed me most was Adam's ability to give me customer service. He powered through the frustrations without ever losing his cool (or at leas showing it). He knew that in order to get the task completed that we needed to keep going. He knew that throwing a fit or blaming others through the process was only going to get me more frustrated. He worked with me and he worked with several different personalities on my team without a hitch. I will recommend Adam to anyone that asks me!

Once printed there were a couple miscues that needed to be addressed. But they were able to get the adjustments made and reprinted for a fee.
