Do not go to Roy's or you will get ripped off! We brought our truck in and we were quoted a price. A few hours later we were told our truck needed more work which it did NOT need. When we tried to explain this the service department was rude and made us pay more than quoted and they didn't even do the work! When I tried to speak with the owner/manager I was brushed off. They tried to make us do work that wasnt even required, luckily we are knowledgeable with mechanics otherwise we would have been ripped off even more. We paid more than quoted for a job they didn't even do. Save yourself the headache and find another shop!! read more
