My husband and I went with my mother in law to pick up a couch she had put a deposit on today. She…read morewas told they had one in a box so we rented a Uhaul to go get it. We arrive and are told there isn't one in a box. After going back and forth with a sales associate named Misty Shore, she smarted off to my mother and law and of course my husband stepped in. Misty stated "I apologize, but I can be rude sometimes". She then kept on and told my husband "you need to get the fu#% out of my store. I'll give you your fu#%^*+ money back!" All in front of our 5 year old child. Then a little fellow came over and slammed the sliding office door shut on us. Luckily a lady named Heather stepped in and apologized for Misty's attitude. My mother in law decided to proceed and order new in box furniture. My husband and I planned on buying new furniture from Appliance King as well, as we've heard good things about Dan the owner and all the employees. I assure you, we will spend our money elsewhere all because of one very unprofessional employee named Misty.
