It's easier to see a unicorn than a doctor at this pactice. Receptionists here will not allow you to speak to a doctor however serious the problem. They just TELL you to ring 111. AT the very best they ask you ring at 8pm to receive a call that day. You stay in a queue for 45 minutes to an hour then usually the phone then cuts off. They do not make appointments to see a GP at all.
