I found the shop by luck from my google search. Reviews look promising & as I was traveling alone I wanted to find a trusted shop if I could. Well, I did! Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part. He ended up saving me $300 on the part (my vacuum pump went out) and had us back on the road by the next morning. I wish he wasn't a 3 1/2hr drive to get to otherwise he'd be my new mechanic!! 3/20/25 We were…read moreheaded to Tampa for the weekend and got a flat tire a little past exit 460 Jasper, FL. We checked to see the nearest tire shop in the area and Suwannee Valley Tire came up. We called ahead of going there to let them know our issue (bad valve stem) and the directions to getting to their location (across from Hardee's). Upon arriving, they greeted me in the parking lot to help me unload the tire. As confirmed once they reviewed the tire, it was indeed a bad/old valve stem which they also mentioned, shouldn't have been that brittle being the tires were not old at all. They suggested we have our other tires checked out as well to make sure those valves weren't bad too. I must say, they made us feel real comfort in knowing our tire would be fine during the remainder of our trip and we are truly grateful for their professionalism and kind service. I stopped in Precision the next day because my car was pulling severely bad to the right and I didn't want to drive all the way if it was unsafe. They were extremely busy, but they took time out to not only look at my car but to also align it and drive it to make sure it was safe for me to continue my drive and drive back home (Mississippi), the lady at the front desk was soooo sweet and even turned on Toy Story while we waited. They had my car back to the way it was before the accident in less than two hours. I was amazed and I will forever be grateful for their kindness to me!!! So when I recieve a certified letter from a recovery towing company that my car was towed there by this shop I was shocked.This had to be a mistake.I went and paid to get my car towed back to my house it was at his shop under a warranty for a head gasket not anything else.The warranty company has confirmed the same when it comes to reaching out to them and no response. I WENT TO THE SHOP TODAY TO CLARIFY THIS MATTER.And the owner John Powers confirmed he had the car towed he said warranty company denied and said work was not covered he said he attempted to contact me .Remember I have been a customer since 2023 he had numerous ways to contact me I live 15 minutes away he lied to me about trying to contact me there us no email no text no voice mail no miss call and I confirmed with warranty company the claim was not denied. This company got in trouble with the city code enforcement for having to many cars on the property so buyer Beware he may be open for business but I would not leave your car unattended at this company.
