Memorable service? Absolutely! Car showed up filthy. Exterior not washed, rear wheels caked with mud. Mud on the interior floor-mats and seats. Also some hay or straw. (car had just been to Country USA the night before. No kidding.) So we vacuumed the interior ourselves and I wiped mud off the seats with a damp cloth. The interior was shabby and the AC was not functional until we complained and the driver messed with some wiring up front. Interior was threadbare and arm rest leather separated. The two soiled couch pillows looked like they'd been to Woodstock, the part with the rain and naked hippies having sex. When the driver couldn't get the window between the driver and passenger cabins to close, we fired the car company on the spot. In our driveway. This is the last time I will ever engage a limo company without seeing their cars first. Now I know this guy has better cars. I don't want to disparage his whole business. But this one car (a Lincoln) had seen it's better days. Perhaps it should be entered into a demolition derby, then retired. read more
