They took a rotting old wood deck and replaced it with composite, added a fill PVC railing and re-did all the framing, flashing, added sonotubes and support beams to ensure a long-lasting and safe product. He sprayed the deck without taping anything off. He painted the screens, door hinges, screen door sidewalk, side of the house and the mini splits. The deck started pealing almost immediately, the only paint that didn't peel was on the house or the many leaves he painted to the deck (have photos as proof). He told us he would not charge us for the poor workmanship and would fix it. He ghosted us after that. In august we asked for our money back to which he agreed verbally. After 3 weeks of not not contacting us back he has his wife email us and say they will not do any refunds because of a contract. I'm out 4800 and damage to my home, do not use this "contractor".

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. Absolute disaster…read more Terrible communication from start to finish. No initial walkaround to establish expectations. No final check out before leaving the job site. Contractor canceled the majority of the work due to lack of 'acceptable' supplies, without my knowledge or consent. The contract should not have been proposed if work could not be completed as promised. Major work was left unfinished (installation of smart thermostat) but still charged for the work on the final bill. Repairs promised as not-noticeable upon completion look absolutely terrible (see photos). My son and I had to help install/mount my 77" TV because only one contractor showed up for the entire $2500 job over the course of four days. This project seemed to be a complete afterthought for Girls 'N Tools. Would not recommend (even for small jobs/maintenance) under any circumstances, whatsoever.
