She was very incompetent, didn't ask her teams members for help when obviously she didn't know what she was doin, might I add I had my card with me and she looked of my active account and still refused service lol. I will never visit this location again and hopefully its very concerning she is up for a promotion as her people skills are terrible and she was very dismissive and quick to tell us to drive to another location even though she looked up the account.

The first time I went the guys doing the prewash only did my front bumper and windshield. When my car came out of the wash it was still covered with soap. I really didn't have time to wipe it down with towels but I didn't have much choice. That was probably 8 months ago. Today I decided to give it another try hoping it would be better this time.......shame on me....fooled me once and today was twice. The prewash guy (not guys) only did the drivers side and again my car was covered with soap. When I brought it up to the manager he offered to run the car through again but did say, its going to come out the same the second time. I asked for a refund and was told he was only offering a second wash. I don't know how they stay in business. Never again will I go there.

In fact I would not recommend letting anyone install tint outside. Well just had a response from the owner maybe my memory was bad but I was thinking he was going to contact me about redoing it inside his garage hey if I'm wrong that's fine. Since he did respond I will go ahead and give more details. The wind has nothing to do with the spray he uses from getting all over your door panels and dash and him not even bothering to clean it off. Also he pulled tint off the front windshield but left glue all over it. I' m just going to cut my losses. Hey if you want to use this business go ahead but I don't recommend it.Well the owner of this business just sent me a message calling me a liar. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy. I get that my vehicle was being detailed, but the amount of focus they put into every area of my SUV was amazing. My vehicle is 6 years old and has hauled plants, mulch and soil for many side jobs and it was starting to look pretty rough. They literally made it look like it did when I bought it from the dealership. I've been so happy with my small investment, it makes me feel like I'm driving a new car again! I'm definitely going to have them maintain all of our family vehicles from now on.
