Is this extra shrimp then what's the normal amount ?

I have chronic gastritis and specifically ordered a burrito without salsa or any kind of spice. However, my burrito was filled with salsa, jalapeños, and other spicy sauces. I also ordered a quesadilla for my kids with no guacamole, sour cream, or salsa, but it came with all of them anyway -- and the quesadilla was wet and unappetizing. Why offer customization if you're just going to give people whatever you want not what they want and what they payed for ?

Im so disappointed in the service from Daria. While taking my order she kept trying to do things and talking to everyone else. Our visit was on a taco Tuesday. My husband ordered 3 tacos. And we were charged for a taco plate and a $1 extra for 3 tacos when the special was 3 tacos $3 each . What a rip off.

OK RUN DON'T WALK to Rubio's. I have been coming to the Temecula PKWY location for years and this is a wonderful location. Actually the only location I will go to in Temecula. All the employees are amazing and fun to chat with. I am the type of person who gets stuck in only ordering 1 or 2 things because I don't want to be disappointed. I like eating what I know is good. Today I tried the new steak nacho fries and wow 10/10. It doesn't take away my love and very frequent order of Salsa Verde Shrimp Tacos, but if I wanted to "spice things up" the new steak nacho fries is definitely going to be ordered again. (In my top 3)

Alex, great manager did my order for me on my phone app.

Alex, one of the managers, really made my first visit to this location easy. It was all about I had 490 points that were going to expire and I could use them for a free drink or dessert. And then I had another survey coupon for a free drink or dessert. But I felt the computer may not let me use both on the same transaction so I wanted the employee to make it two tacos for this transaction and two tacos for another transaction so I could use both vouchers that have expiration dates. Well it got so complicated to do on my phone so Alex took over and he just gave me the 2 free items and made it one transaction was a lot faster. I thank Alex and I'm having a good meal. I'm getting everything to go and packaged separately cuz I make the tacos at home. Maybe two tomorrow night and put the fillets in my toaster oven and make it all like from scratch from the ingredients they package separately here today. So Five Yelp stars is for Alex's service.

I like this specific Rubio's a lot food is great and consistently good. Always busy but there service is very good considering how busy they are. I really really like the California bowl it's huge and packed with food. And always a must is the beer battered fish burrito. They also have a salsa bar with 4 or 5 different salsas and jalapeños. Place is clean as far as I can tell so definitely no complaints there.

places is very dirty tables are not cleaned or anything

Service is really slow. Customer service sucks. The food takes forever to come out and they're very annoyed when you ask questions, especially the girl in the redhead, came in here with my rewards there was no Wi-Fi so they made me pay for everything, would not recommend!!!!

The food is good, but this location is kind of dirty, sometimes it is so hard to get a clean table. The restroom is filthy sometimes.

This place has always been our go to Mexican restaurant when we come down here. We came on cinco de mayo which was busy and we had waited 20 minutes for a table which we expected. So we placed are order. Wife asked for the 2 taco special with no sour cream. I order the same thing with no cheese or sour cream. I did that cause I'm lactose intolerant. The waitress stated that they can't substitute? I'm not substituting anything. Just don't add it. The "manager" came over and said we can't substitute? I stated I'm not substituting anything, just don't want cheese or sour cream. He said since they're busy cause of cinco de mayo they can't do it which tells me they can't handle a large amount of customers and there food they make in the back there cooks are auto pilot and get devate from the normal operation. We have been here before and "NEVER" had a problem with the way we ordered but today was an issue which tells me things are difficult especially if busy. We will not be back cause it was just a simple request and they couldn't fulfill that. We went over to Rosa's and tortilla factory which is down the street and it was good and "much cheaper ". I will never recommend Guadalajara to anyone anymore cause they couldn't handle a simple request.

With that being said, parking can be difficult because Old Town tends to get very busy on a Saturday. We walked in and it was not busy. The host/server told us to pick any table we would like. We chose outside, but they had just cleaned up the area, so our chairs were stacked. The host/server quickly helped us get the chairs down and place them at our table. The server was attentive and kept checking in on us. Now the food. When we were sat down, we were given complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were perfect and not overly salty or greasy. The salsa was very mild and had a great flavor. I ordered a 2 taco combo plate ($14.95) with carne asada and carnitas. The carne asada was just okay, it was cut into thicker piece, which is not my preference. It was also topped with guacamole, which was not the best I've had. The carnitas however were magnificent topped with pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa. The rice was not traditional Mexican rice and did have a bit of a crunch to it rather than a toast before cooking. The beans were just plain pinto beans, not refried beans, but they were good. While this place, is not extremely traditional, it is a great spot in Old Town Temecula with fairly good food. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

I noticed Espadín had tables and thought it was worth a shot. Also, it was getting really hot and I was ready for some air conditioning. We were seated immediately and our server got our drinks. We ordered a grilled Caesar salad, green chilaquiles with eggs, and guacamole. The guacamole was so fresh and had a great lime flavor. The grilled Caesar was the star of the show! The dressing was amazing. The chilaquiles were also good. I was a little nervous at first since they weren't busy when we walked in compared to the other restaurants on the street, but it ended up being a great surprise how good everything was!

From the moment you walked in the place was totally decked out for the America 250 theme. They really went all out and it was awesome. This place is huge by the way. Many rooms with soooo much seating but wr sat in the bar to see the US take on Paraguay in the World Cup match. Lots of TV's to see from any seat. Our server was delightful, so attentive and just really good at her job. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was wearing a Mexico FIFA jersey though. The food was dynamite! Everything on my combo plate was fire. The taco, enchilada and the especially the chill rellenoes! The batter was so thick and moist it was awesome. My mango chili margarita was great too. Awesome place, go have some great food and service at the Mexico Cafe!

Service was super fast... almost too fast? For a graduation day I was surprised the place wasn't packed. I just get the soup it seems and the entree was already there! So the beans and rice got a little cold. The tacos were not that large but heck there was a lot of food after some nice chips and salsa. The chili relleno was the star. I took half of it home with the rice and beans (and salsa) and it made just the best left over burrito. The margaritas were super cheap and tasty - only $8.00 or so. My son lives just down the road near Pechanga so it's really close by. My question always is would I come back again? You bet. Great atmosphere, attentive service, good food and drink at a decent price.

They came with rice and beans on the side which i also enjoyed. I love that they still do free chips and salsa, and they are very good too. I believe the chips are made in house and the taste very fresh. The salsa is not too hot, and i love the taste. I also ordered a pomegranate margarita which was good.
