I visited Ruby Sunshine this on July 23 in Charlotte. We previously made reservations and was told that a 2hr wait . So we got a text saying our table was ready . Then while entering the restaurant it says "EXSPIRED" which was crazy when we just got a text saying that was ready . So we are waiting to speak to the manager RANDALL STACK. He said there nothing that he could for us he was very RUDE and disrespectful to me and my mother. A group of white ladies overhead our convo and said they Experience the same thing. He said hold up I'm check the area then I will come back . So the ladies decided they are leaving . He came back our spoke to us then said yea I'm have to put you bk on a 2hr wait .... My mother has knee problems and he didn't care . So we saw someone that we knew inside the restaurant and asked if we could sit with them they said no problem. When I asked for a high chair, it was never brought out. My friend later went to ask her directly, and the server responded in a demanding and dismissive manner, telling her to "go sit down," which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. We snagged an online reservation about an hour and a half ahead (definitely the move on weekends) and grabbed a seat outside on their patio. Despite being busy, the service was friendly and efficient. The menu offered many tempting choices, and I went with the Chono Benedict, fluffy biscuits, tender pork, perfectly poached egg, and creamy hollandaise. Absolutely delicious. We found this place online and were glad we did. Though there was a wait, the nice weather made it berable.
