I had to wait several minutes to get my order because she would just forget to do my order. She was all about checking her phone. She definitely had time for that.

As soon as he walked out he SLIPPED and almost fell all the way down, his hand touched the floor but the other hand kept the plate level. I actually stood up and clapped for Joshua because he "saved" the plate and didn't spill any food. He took the plate to a member of our party (I think we were 11 or 12). I talked to Joshua as we were about to leave and told him that the security camera was right above him and he should ask the manager to see the video. On another note, the floor either needs a large mat to prevent employees from slipping because I saw 5 other employees "waddling" as they came out of the kitchen.

Our server clearly did not seem to know how to properly take our order, and our food was brought out in pieces instead of all at once. Some of us were finished waiting while others were still waiting for their food. To make matters worse, the food that finally arrived was cold. Waiting more than an hour for a meal only to receive cold food is completely unacceptable. What made it even worse was the lack of communication and organization from our server. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but this was far beyond a normal wait. Management really needs to address the service and training at this location. Customers should not have to pay for a meal they waited over an hour for and then receive it cold and poorly coordinate.

She makes sure that everybody is taken care of while they are in her establishment.
