Due to some issues I was 10 min late to my appointment, but they insisted on fitting me in since they're often booked out a few weeks. At my appointment Dr. Lin let me know that an old filling is breaking down and should be replaced. When booking that appointment they made sure to get me in before my insurance ends. They have gone out of their way to accommodate and I'm so grateful.

All of this without me ever saying anything. The office is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The soft instrumental music and shaded safety glasses are a nice touch, bringing the overall experience a notch higher than what I'm used to at other dental offices. Danny at the front desk is multi-tasking as usual, but always makes sure to friendly acknowledge my presence. My hygienist Jerilyn for the past 30 years has done an outstanding job to make sure not just my teeth get cleaned but carefully exam and address all my concerns. Later on, Dr. Chan came in to follow up with even more thorough examination to make sure I am comfortable before walking out of the office. They told me I would get charged $150 for cancelling within 48 hours. Instead of cancelling, I tried my best to make it, but I couldn't. I got billed $150. I personally know other people who are patients here who have cancelled same day and have not been charged a fee. I've been a patient for a few years now and hoped I would receive some courtesy. I called to ask for the fee to be waived since it was my first time ever having to cancel. Nope. "Policy". They would make more money if they kept me as a patient versus trying to make $150. I will not be returning.
