I've used Wilkins & Ivey a handful of times in the last year, and every time, they are flawless. I don't throw words like flawless out that often, but these guys really are. There are a ton of things that can go wrong with closings, and they seem to stay on top of every aspect of it and make sure the process goes smoothly. In addition, they are very communicative and responsive to questions. All this inspires a lot of trust and confidence that your deal will get done and you can move on to the next one. As long as Wilkins & Ivey keeps on letting me in the door, I'll keep on using them for my closings!! And I really wish I could tell everyone that my next review will be a strip club or something cool like that, but it will more likely be a review for the water company. Or the post office. Dammit I'm getting old.....
