We waited 30 minutes before we simply got up and left. We understand there are emergencies but someone should have came out and explained why the delay. It's been two weeks since our visit and no phone call, or email with regrets. Obvious that Clients are not valued at Knapp. I should send a $225 bill at their quoted $450/hr rate for our time.
