Day/night weekday/weekends..it didn't matter, she helped us around the clock! She went above and beyond, used every tool in her toolbox to ensure we were well taken care of. It was a long rough journey due to the seller but Lori was patient and fought for us. If she didn't have an answer, she did whatever it took to find the answer. She did not take advantage of us coming from Texas, instead she was very informative and guided us with different options. Taught us a lot about the country life. She was very easy to get along with! Had a great sense of humor but kept it professional. I would highly recommend her! Definitely will be using her in the future again! Only one bad thing....we're going to miss her! She wasn't just our realtor but became our friend. But even after we closed, she is still willing to help us if we needs any referrals on needing work done. THANK SO MUCH LORI! We are blessed to have crossed paths. We'll be calling you to look at properties every now and then just to spend some time with you! Every time I see a Jane Magnolia, I'll think of you!

Worst Agency. I've been lied to about my home value before the listing. Then two weeks in I had to…read moredrop the price, rewrite the home descriptions because the agent did not know how to write a description. Had to reorganize the photos because the agent though 10 photos of the house roof was more important because her husband took them over the actual inside of the house. Had to get her to follow thru with communicating with the agent. Refused to hold open houses or even talk to agents that actually showed the house. Not her job it's all done by a app. I had a issue with the title which Escrow/lawyer was handling but she and the broker wanted to transfer to the escrow/lawyer from when I bought the problem. The escrow company that didn't do a full legal escrow 5 years earlier. Once we extended the escrow 90 days she stopped giving me updates. I contacted her on day 44 she said it wasn't her job she's not a lawyer. (???) It is her job to talk with escrow to see how things are going. She insisted it was her job she's not a lawyer. She did say she tried contacting escrow but never heard back. And she would send the emails. Which she never did. HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THE AGENCY.
