We recently sold…read moreour home and acquired a new mortgage for a different property which Erin, Amelia's assistant, helped us with, exclusively. I can't say enough about these two. Amelia really spelt out the mortgage and home buying process for us, as we were first time home buyers at the time. She was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, as if we were the only clients she had. Erin, this time around, really moved mountains for us. When we started looking, understanding our price points, she would frequently send details of our purchase price and associated costs on various properties to ensure we knew what was financially feasible and what wasn't. When we finally offered, she advocated for us behind the scenes to get an agreement that was exactly what we wanted and needed. Again, very responsive to questions and provided detailed and compassionate responses. Buying a home can be so stressful, but having these two in our corner made is that much LESS stressful. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a client for life in us.
