Its cute but its crammed full of clothes. It makes it very hectic. There is no order. My plus size section is way in the back so I have to squeeze through racks and aisles with clothes spilling out into it just to get back there. The selection is okay but everything was so dark and no color at all. The clothes seemed affordable but I really didnt feel like wading through the selection to find one or two things I would buy. Well this store is for the teenagers hence I went there with my 14 yr old. It's overpriced for the quality of the clothing 30 dollar sweatshirts you can see through I don't understand jeans so thin they could be leggings if your looking for trendy last maybe a season if it doesn't shred through the washing machine and your 21 and under this your place 1 bright spot the sell cheap I phone chargers. The sales staff is young so ill be kind but please say hello when people enter and please don't make me look for someone to ring me up teens will add more crap in the pile! read more

I used to work next door to this store so I stopped in contantly, and eventually I earned a coupon worth 40 percent off my entire purchase. It was good for one day only, but I worked the night before so I decided to pick out some clothes and had them held for me until the next day. We do this at my store all the time, and they gladly agreed. I came back the next evening to purchase my items, and when I got home I realized that one of my sweaters was not in my bag, nor was it on my receipt. I called and spoke with the manager, and she told me that they found the sweater where they placed it on hold the night before, meaning they just forgot to grab it before they rang me up. I asked if i could get 40 percent off the sweater the next time I came in, and she said no, because the coupon was good for one day only. So my options were to drive all the way from home and hope to get there before they closed, or pay full price later. If it had been me who forgot to ring something up, and if my customers had to make an extra trip because of that, I gladly would have taken care of my customers, whether their coupon had expired or not -- that's just good customer service and common courtesy. I was pretty disappointed that this store didn't extend that same courtesy to their customers. This was a couple of years ago and I haven't been back since, so there's every possibility the staff has changed for the better, but I can't justify shopping here when there are so many other stores that would come through for me in the same situation. read more
