This continues to be the worst shopping experience I have ever had. My husband and I purchased a…read morevery expensive dining room table that we were told "You could put a hot pan down on this finish and it would still be perfect". It has gone back to the manufacturer twice now to be "re-finished. This last time- they picked it up months ago- and still we wait to get it back. the woman is rude, and should not be in the retail business. I know there was one thing that we did to the finish that we take responsibility for. The rest of the "fogginess" and marks (one caused by setting a jelly jar on it) just were not supposed to happen (according to the sales pitch we got). The sales rep even came at one point and had no clue. At this point we just want to get rid of it. Even at a loss. They, of course will not take it back. We will sell it on Craigs list or something. It has been such a heart breaking purchase we no longer feel like we even want it in our house. it will only bring bad memories. And STILL they can't tell us when it will be back. I believe it has been over 6 months now. They have been very unhelpful, dishonest (maybe not intentionally- after all- THEY don't make the tables) and rude. I would never shop there again.
