Horrible company don't waste your time getting anything from this place. Call around and don't even bother trying to call no one will answer the phone. Been with Rullo for over 20 years when Mike was the owner this Mike isn't worth a second of your time trying to call to get services. My payment wasn't updated so they cancelled our insurance, all they needed to do was call and get the information and this would have been avoided. But no they DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE NEXT PERSON. Because if they did they wouldn't allow this to happen everyday ( not answering phones / emails.) or even cancelling policies without your knowledge like they do and I'm sure we are not the first. These guys are great!!! I have been overpaying for insurance and with Covid going on it was craziness with people wanting to get different insurance and take cars off the road so I called Mike, the owner and told him I was quoted over $120 less a month then what I was paying through a discount program through my job. He told me give him 15 mins. He calls back and says "I got you $140 less a month. He apologized for not being on top of it. I told him the 2 issues I did have on my license JUST came off and the insurance was up for renewal anyways so I'm sure it would have been caught. I just bought a new car, keeping the old one and I was SHOCKED at the rates. $70 more a month FULL coverage on a newer car. I couldn't believe it. We have been customers of Rullo Agency for three years. We switched from State Farm and saved about $2k for our homeowners/car insurance. We get multiple discounts. When our homeowners went up last year, I called and they resolved it ASAP. Everyone is very friendly and accessible - even though they are super busy (because their prices are great). This agency was a nightmare from the beginning. I was quoted one price for homeowners, then I received a letter from my mortgage company that my monthly payment was going up because my insurance had changed. I never received notification that the insurance changed or why. When I called, it took several calls to reach someone, who had no information, they were supposed to call me back, and I never heard from anyone. I called back days later, and the agent had no notes that I had called or why the rate had changed. Eventually they said that after the site visit they increased the rate and there was nothing they could do about it. It only went down hill from there. We eventually tried to cancel and have been trying to cancel for months. We either don't get a response, or are sent a quote for a different insurance program. They have been an immense stress to deal with. Unless you're looking for a bait-and-switch, salesman - don't go to Rullo. read more
