A big thanks to the service team at Eller & Owens in Murphy, N.C. I had a very small issue with an…read moreexpensive chair I bought and they were completely helpful and very kind about it. They promptly returned my call, quickly contacted the manufacturer and sought advice on my small issue, quickly ordered new parts, and then came out quickly to adjust my chair. Not only has the small issue been fixed, but the chair is now better than it was the first day I got it. There's no typical chair noises at all now. My only regret is I didn't get the names of everyone that helped me so I can thanks you all. I do think the guy that came out to my house was named Brandon though. He was fantastic. He changed out several parts and added some wax to reduce friction and he was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Thank you all. I will be back.
