I can't say enough about this facility, Ken Kubiak, or the great staff…read more From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm, personable, and friendly Tiffany. Once greeted you'll be evaluated by Ken, who I found to be informative, kind, and respectful, he wanted to hear and actually listened to my concerns regarding my pain and trouble areas. I have been to several physical therapy facilities in the past 41 year hoping to feel a little better then what brought me to a physical therapist in the first place, just to walk away after 8 visits wondering why I bothered at all. I was 22 when I was injured, a sever slip and fall. The plan was, back surgery then place me in a wheelchair. I was hoping for a better resolution, with none offered at the time (80's) I decided to do this as best as I could on my own until I wasn't able to anymore. I have had two cervical spine surgery's to cage the vertebrae in the neck one in 2010 and again in 2012. It's my belief that it was those two surgeries that kick started the many and basically useless PT secessions I've experienced in the past. I kinda gave up trying to express how I was feeling or my pain as it wasn't being addressed or I was told it's all in my head. I had a scare the end of 2024. I had to go to the ER as I couldn't even stand on my own, my back hurt so bad I thought I'd be put in that wheelchair for sure this time. The surgeon came to the hospital room to talk to me about my options, 1. Was to have back surgery the 2nd she said would be very hard at my age to do as it would require a lot of physical effort on my part and she wasn't sure I was up for the fight. Guess which option I took?? In my opinion, HealthQuest physical therapy is #1 hands down, not only will you leave there better and feeling more yourself, but the knowledge and education you receive while working your program, is priceless. I believe after all the hard work you and your HQPT therapist do to solve the reasons you initially came in for, you may find yourself needing a physical therapist less in your future due to being taught how to keep yourself Mobil with more flexibility. The folks at HealthQuest did that for me. HQPT is by far the best. I have and would recommend HealthQuest Physical Therapy to anyone in need. Thank you HealthQuest for everything you've done putting me back together and teaching me how I can continue to do so on my own. Kelly Campbell

Now walking is 85% better, I do believe if there wasn't a mass on my heel, I would be 100% better, They are great from Ken to Cooper the dog, they're friendly and attentive, from scheduling to working on you. I couldn't be more pleased with my results.

Being naive about back surgeries we thought my husband was getting the best care he could. After the 2nd surgery failed miserably a friend suggested that we see Dr. Nicholas Shroeder at OSOC. Within minutes of meeting with us he explained clearly why the first two surgeries had failed. By this point my husband is in constant pain and can no longer stand up straight. Dr. Shroeder explained what he felt the best course of action was going to be for Tom's situation. Dr. Shroeder had the new pieces needed for Tom's back made specifically for him in France. The previous neurosurgeon had just grabbed any rods and screws within reach. That was what kept Tom from standing upright. The picture on the right shows the neurosurgeon placed straight rods in his back. Losing the natural curve is what kept him from ever standing straight and in excruciating pain. The picture on the left is what was needed to give Tom the ability to walk and have a good quality of life again. This shows the difference between an excellent surgeon and one who should never be allowed to practice medicine again. The day of the surgery was a very long one. Dr Shroeder performed the 14 hour surgery to correct the neurosurgeon's mess. He actually had to rebuild Tom's back vertebrae by vertebrae. There were a few appointments before the surgery and a few during the next year. It is a 3 hour drive each way for appointments/surgery. Both my husband and I feel that the drive back and forth saved his life. I do not say that lightly. It's been 6 years since his surgery at OSOC and we are so grateful to Dr. Shroeder and his wonderful staff, especially Liz. Their knowledge, patience, compassion and kindness is so appreciated.

He did my full right knee replacement 8 years ago and a full left knee replacement almost one year ago. Both surgeries were a great sucess with a speedy recovery. Dr. Kassab and his team are on top of the latest science and technology. They have their own Physical Therapist who are wonderful to work with, so friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The physical therapists are in direct contact with Dr. Kassab so they are able to track and report your progress. Very highly recommended! Leanne Oxford, MI
