The store was nearly empty--no customers in sight--and as I walked directly to the cashier counter, the associate stopped me and insisted I go back and enter through the designated queue lane, which is typically used when there's a long line. I explained that there was no one ahead of me and that I was simply taking the most direct route. Still, she insisted I follow her instructions, claiming it was store policy. I purchased a photo session for my daughter and her husband children, it was a disaster. Those were…read morethe worst pictures I've ever seen. When I called back to tell them, my daughter hated the pictures, but she tried to pick out the best one she could, is there anyway we can do a retake. I was told they can only do four pictures. And she would have to accept those so basically click click, These are your pictures. They were very snippy. They did pictures of my older grandson who was sitting on a Stool with an empty stool next to him because the one year-old had gotten up walking away. when I ask, could you just let them sit on the floor so there won't be an empty stool sitting next to him it was denied The picture of my one year-old grandson. It's a picture of him falling he just started walking and the photographer said it looks nice. It looks like he's dancing. It looks like he's falling. They were the worst pictures ever and the response when I sent. The pictures were bad was very, very bad. I will not be going back. We're looking for another photographer to take some nice pictures of my grandchildren.
