Had a salesperson attend my residence for a measure & quote whom I found to be rude, arrogant & not take the time to explain the product, he was obviously in a very big hurry to move on. I rang management and mentioned that I am happy to deal with Rundle as long as I don't have to deal with this particular salesperson which they were fine with until I received an email from the salesperson. Rang management and they have now back tracked and said that I will need to deal with this salesperson or take my business elsewhere. As is the case, we don't always get along with people, this is normal, but to insist that a customer must get along or to take my business elsewhere is a testament to their customer service values.
