It was my first visit to Switzerland, and I was a little sceptical about Swiss wine but he had some interesting bottles, and can help with advice about Swiss wines and domaines in the area. Vevey is the home of Nestlé but I didn't ask if he could recommend a wine to go with chocolate - I wonder if the Swiss have a better match than Banyuls?!
