Instead of walking over to the end of the table she just said all "Plants to the end of the table and under are $5.99, except these which are $4.99 and these as she pointed." I explained that the person outside watering plants said it was $5.99 to which the register employee said she couldn't change the price. So, I walked outside and asked the employee if she happened to be a manager. She replied" well, yes, a department manager " Oh great you just told me all these plants to the end of the table are $5.99. NOW she walks to the end of the table and says "this one ?" 11/13/2017 I purchased a high end tractor clearly advertised and invoiced as high horsepower model…read morefrom Josh at Kesteloot. 2/13/18 determined it was not high horsepower model. Contacted Josh asked him what my options were. He said after getting together with sales manager co owner Daren Kesteloot, Tom Kesteloot Owner and Travis Kesteloot- Co-Owner they all agree I had more than enough information to be able to catch their mistake and provided me with a picture of the serial number, a picture of the tractor and a picture of a quote from another company to another person without a serial number. 2/15/18 not wanting to get into a hassle over it suggested we find out what the cost of the high horsepower option is deprecate it same percentage as tractor from new and I would be willing to split it with them and move on. As of 2/28/18 have not even revived a response.
