The manager of the mall (Maggie) is one of the most decent down to earth person to handle any questions about the mall. Dumela coffee shop is my number #1 place to go. THE BEST COFFEE HANDS DOWN. I invite all of my friends to join because of the fantastic friendly service and affordable prices. The food is excellent with generous portions and a wide variety of choices. Maggie and John are so personable making it a delight to be in their cafe. The staff are very friendly and efficient as well! My favorite place in town! read more

Defiantly not a tourist shopping center. They do have a nice bathroom down the hall which was a relief. They sell lottery tickets, have a drug store and a dollar store and a pet store on the premises. The drug store is your standard drug store, nothing special, but if you are needing a drug store then you've come to the right place. They have a pharmacy so you could get refills if you needed and plenty of over the counter drugs. I hear there was a lot of people feeling sick on the cruse ship at the end of the cruise so this would have been the perfect place to get all those cold and flu meds. The pet store was your standard pet store. Full of all your pet needs including some really nice looking beds that we could see from the outside. The lottery kisok was down the hall and the sweet lady there gave us directions to the bathroom. I felt bad for her as she must be answering that question all day long. Nothing to buy around here, pretty small mall but didn't expect much in this small town. But I happy that we got some wifi connection and be able to Do something with our phone and walk around. read more

This mall is located in Prince Rupert. I can't expect a giant mall with multiple shops and etc. So in a small town having a mall like this is not bad. It does feel like Vancouver in the 80s or even the 70s. It's good that there is a cafeteria restaurant in the mall plus there is Walmart, Shoppers and etc. Well, the stores inside are store that people would shop at for their daily needs. Its small but it does serve the small town with a population of only 12K. Plenty of parking spots downstairs and upstairs. read more

Unfortunately, as Prince Rupert experiances the down turn in the global economy, our local problems are excalating at a rapid rate. It is a shame that the young mothers that come to the mall with their baby buggies ( lots of times without babies in them) have taken to robbing the merchants blind. Not only is the shoplifting out of control, a lot of these same women are teaching their children that it is alright to take things from the stores and not pay for them. The other issue at the local mall is the large groups of youth that hang out infront of the entrances, hurassing the would be shoppers. A recent insodent at the mall involved a very large group fighting in the parking lot, one participent was alleged to pulling a knife and flashing it about. It was also noted that a large group of shopper stopped to watch but no one helped to break up the group. This is the kind of behaviour that the legitiment shoppers do not want to put up with. The mall and its merchants need to up their security, educate the merchants and public on awareness of the shoplifting activities and the lewd behaviour of a few. More police presence walking throught the mall and the downtown core. Large groups that loiter around in the downtown core should be ban. read more
