I recently helped my friend buy a Kioti tractor from Ernie and it was one of the most enjoyable and pleasant purchasing experiences I have ever had and I have been around the block a time or two. Got pushed from January until July 19. Since it was a good price and a low rate we waited it out. we were told multiple times they were still honoring the promised quote and rate. long story short when the tractor came in they back peddled and would no longer honor the rate stating people were banging down the doors for tractors. We were told that they would try and make it right. they said they bought back the interest and weeent making commission and they lowest they could get it was 1.99 percent. Went to another local dealer and that is the going rate. They did not honor their word, contract or make it right. do business somewhere else. they do not care about their customers or doing bad business.

We placed our Order on a Friday, was expected not until following Friday and we received it a day early, from KY to CA! Their shipping price was almost half the cost of other equipment companies and we got everything we asked for and very satisfied with our purchase. But as I read the response I believe it is you representing yourself as your husband or using his account. I did inquire about another model, the U10 that are due to be out soon, but not the crew. Because you are correct, I wanted a shorter wheelbase. I was not offered an option between finance companies. I was told "this is the company and rate we use". As far as the Polaris customer; maybe we are talking about two different customers or he changed his mind, because the individual I was talking about got upset because he was told a vehicle he came to look at was a different color. Regardless, I was trying to provide some constructive feedback. I literally drove back to Nashville and bought a machine the next day from Mid Tenn Powersports (Shout out Justin). The interest rate was 5% lower, the machine was clean, full of fuel , ready that day and I didn't even call ahead. As a matter of fact I just happened to be driving by the dealership and stopped to see what they had. We negotiated a fair price, and I was given several term and rate options for financing. Not just one rate, one term and they knew the credit reporting bureau they dealt with. The vehicle was prepped and ready to go. These are all just things for improvement. You have a beautiful dealership and sell a good product. However there are a ton of dealerships out there (it seems like more popping up everyday) and plenty of people like me who are willing to drive for a good experience. The dealership I finally purchased from literally just looks like a gigantic warehouse. They don't need all the flash because they sell for a fair price, have a diverse inventory, and work with the customer to provide good a enjoyable experience. I don't think you guys are far off the mark, it just needs some tweaking.
