They returned it the following Wednesday. I was shocked. My lawnmower was given to them with the look of a well-used mower. What they returned was an immaculate one so shiny and clean I nearly fell to my knees and wept. It looked newer than when I first bought it. I am not sure if I should use it on my yard or put it in my living room with my wife's other collectables. But the biggest shock of all was their invoice for working on it. The price was much less than I had imagined. The Sears authorised service centre quoted me an amount 3 times what Palmer charged me. I highly recommend Palmer Small Engine Repair. I will never use anyone else again and may have them tune mine up once a year from now on. Do yourself a favour and give them a call.

They also have a freezer section with local meat and eggs, if you are looking to purchase locally grown foods. There is a surprising amount of usable/collectible vintage and ceramic items as well, like cast iron skillets, fermentation crocks, butter churns, and linens. The owners are super friendly and willing to help with any questions. By purchasing items here instead of Tractor Supply, Lowe's, etc, you are helping to support a local business, so keep that in mind if prices are slightly higher than a chain store.
