I have had several of my cars repaired at Rush by Chuck and I have never had any problems with wither the work or the timeliness of the work. Prices are reasonable and Chuck stands behind his work. I recently had to have the ignition coils replaced on my 2008 Ford Escape. Chuck was only going to do the rear three, because of the expense involved, however after 108,000 miles, I opted to have all six replaced. It was expensive, but the car needed it. Two weeks later, one of the NAPA replacement coils failed and Chuck replaced it with no discussion and no charge. He immediately diagnosed it and had anew part sent over by NAPA. I will never be returning here, to call the mechanic shade tree is a compliment. Paid to resolve a popping sound on my axle and the mechanic replaced everything else that was not related. Wasted $2000 in parts for another company to resolve for $50, are you serious! Add insult to injury the owner refused to work on my vehicle after I questioned the troubleshooting. Rush Automotive - Beware! - Douglasville, Georgia

Went to Rush Automotive because my brake lights weren't working and it wasn't the bulbs. After paying $40, I was told it was a wiring issue and they have to get a part (for $150) that was luckily in Atlanta and would cost $250 to repair because they would have to install it behind my steering wheel of my 1996 Chevy Monte Carlo. Thank God I got a second opinion because I was told by 2 different businesses that I had to replace the brake light switch, without having to pay for that diagnosis. Apparently the part cost $10 tops. Got the part installed and problem solved for $50. And the part was installed near the brake pedal not the steering wheel. Rush Automotive is a rip off, this was beyond a markup. Not recommended. read more

Needed work and got the best price for the job. Chuck did a pick up and return. Personal senior citizen care was needed. Price would be better with a senior citizen discount .
