I printed out the picture, and took it to my soon to be new hair stylist...... As I walked into McQueen's I was greeted sweetly by a lovely lady whom I had seen on their website video's. She offered me something to drink and had me sit down and relax while I waited for my stylist Immy. Immy is a beautiful girl who ROCKS! I showed her my printed out picture and she said, 'Oh, now this is going to be fun!' She was right! She rocked my hair and cut it exactly like the picture looked! Where have you been all my life? Oh, and did I mention the fabulous head massage one of the girls gave me when washing and conditioning my hair? OMG!! I loved Headmasters hair and have already recommended it to all of my friends, which also has the added bonus of giving me half price off of my next haircut. I was very pleased to get a pleasant service and the perfect beachy waves I asked for. My stylist Steph was lovely, and listened to exactly what I wanted, whilst also recommending products to help volumise my hair without making me feel overly obligated to buy. As well as their recommend a friend offer, they also have a loyalty card system in place, which allows you to gain stamps towards a half price cut. That, if you too are watching the pennies, makes paying for a decent haircut just that bit more justifiable.

No patch test conducted on me, scalp on fire from a treatment done on me without asking me!! It…read moreturned my hair orange and custard yellow... Made a complaint by email. The colourist Instead of calling me immediately to apologise and have me return the same day (or next day) by I was only given an appointment two weeks after complaint to fix the issue or immediately with another stylist (palming me off to someone I don't know to possibly make it worse) so I walked around with orange roots and custard yellow hair for two weeks. Colourist was off sick had to have date moved again, was now angry and told salon I wanted to go elsewhere to correct this after colourist doesn't seem to care much about getting this fixed. Said I'd rather go somewhere else, but I was told I have to return to get it fixed as they won't offer me a refund for the mistake. There is no way I will return after all this drama and after colourist didn't even bother to call and apologise or get me in asap to fix the issue. Why must another stylist have to fix the mistake of my colourist?? Why is the colourist to this day not see the issue as a priority. Noticed salon and colourist is very fixated on pushing products and extra services onto a person, very money oriented. They don't seem to see a human only a wallet with money, I heard discussions a few times about brining in sales so either commission is earned or staff compete for top sales, either way very off putting. Won't be returning nor will I recommend, I've never had yellow and orange hair by a salon ever abc especially zero care of interest to fix this by the person who made the mistake.!!!

After initially looking at her hair, the hairdresser then went over and openly discussed the situation with other hairdressers. She then proceeded to tell my Daughter, that she could only have her hair cut and she would have to leave the Saloon with wet hair as her was too long and it would take up too much of her time!! My ultra glamorous, attractive and fashionable sister has been having her hair cut here for years…read more She always looks amazing and when she suggested I go along with her to have my hair cut and colored, I was secretly delighted, especially since I have been living in the US for a few years and have never found a satisfactory hairdresser. Initially the color was a bit dark, but we called and they fit me in very quickly for a few extra foils and the color is now amazing. The cut is the best I've had in years. I'm very happy, and am, without a doubt, more glamorous, attractive and fashionable than I was before. I called and had no problem getting an appointment around the time and on the specific date that I wanted so that was an immediate plus for me.
