I reached out through Yelp on Friday evening around 5 pm after four other companies had already shot me down. My tenant had no cool air, and it was hot! Williams answered right away, and had Scott at my tenants house within 30 or so minutes. It wasn't long until he had the issue diagnosed, and reached out to me with a price. The price was more than fair, and he had the part on his truck. The entire process took just a couple hours from contact to repair, on a Friday night in the middle of a heatwave! Outstanding! The best part is, when my tenant called to say it was fixed, she was thrilled that he had worn shoe covers in the home and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. (She's very particular). Sometimes not being local can make things difficult, but billing was easy, and plenty of before and after pictures were provided to me. I've already scheduled for him to go back this winter for maintenance, and it looks like I've got my new HVAC guy in the area. Thank you Scott and Williams!

Everyone kept telling us it was the thermostat, and they would replace it. The unit would work for a while and then quit. So, the son came out, went under the house, came out with pictures of vents pulled down??????? Told us that was our problem. It seems the duck work is not attached at that end of the house. "Well, it was last week when your two men took pictures of it". I haven't seen any pictures. Nothing was done and every trip cost a fortune. We called another company to fix the unit. NEVER again.
