All of which depicted my husbands ex denying him visitation, neglecting to take care of their son, and also showed how poorly my step-son is being treated at home (denied medical treatment, receiving bruises and other questionable marks on his back and the backs of his legs, telling his father that he'll hurt himself if he has to go back to his moms-he's 3!). We dealt mostly with Joel's secretary. And 50% of the time, we would not get a response back if we called or sent an email. If we did, if stated that Joel was busy working on other cases. We asked for a court date back in May- nothing. Then in a August, my husbands ex's attorney filed for a court date. Three days before court, we met with Joel. we sat there and watched as he read through the paperwork in the box with the information we'd given to him at any point during the year that had past, even though we had tried to keep in touch with him. He was clearly "too busy" working on other cases, as his assistant, Lynsey said. Now, the opposing attorney is trying to sneak things into the order and Joel Price won't do anything about it until we pay him an additional $3,100 (this is on top of the $3200 we've already paid him).
